Total scam. Purchased car at $96 for our stay . Get there and ends up being a whole catastrophe due to the unknown bs charges. Couldnt use my insurance bc of not having a credit card which I find discriminated and end up being charged another $169 bucks which I would like a refund on. Also claims we smoked in it but did not bc we dont even smoke probably bc my bf is black Im assuming is why . Needs addressed asapReview from Jenn S

Really wish I could ZERO stars because thats what this company is worth. As many people mentioned, this company is a ripoff. Employees are extremely rude. They charged me a fee for using AMEX or ********** card. The fee was more than I paid to rent the car. They obviously know the contract the signed with the cc company states you cannot charge extra if a customer uses amex so the receipt for the fee says its for a waiver deductible These people are not ethicalReview from Alex B

SCAM ALERT - I am being blamed for and charged $930 for a scratch that was already there on pickup - I have photo and video which I have sent in but the location is not helpful at all and is refusing fault. This reeks of a scam where the location either manipulate images or take poor photos or hide certain parts of the image just because I submitted my own insurance so now the onus is on me/them and they get a free repair. In conversation with the location (I spoke to a **** and an a *******) the response was to ignore my requests to see previous renter close out details/talk to management and to repeat "We have escalated with management and consider this case closed" and "file with your insurance and they will pick up the ****". I am confident without a doubt that that scratch was there when I picked up the car and the duty of care is on greenmotion. Again, I have provided the location and management with time stamped photos, video with a green motion agent in the background and requested more images to no positive response. Unprofessional, predatory company with zero business ethics. STAY AWAY.Review from Jose V

What I thought was a good deal turned out to be one of the worst experiences. Worst costumer service, people are very rude and not very helpful. As per the below I originally booked my rental on Wisecars after paying $ 185.88 I was hit with additional fees once we got to the GreenMotiom company to pickup our rental. Long story short. I ended paying a total of $630 with lots of hidden fees that were not mentioned. Is clearly a nice little scam that this company is doing. We are sending you this email to inform you that we have successfully processed the payment for reservation number 46170807 in the amount of US$ 185.88. RECEIPT You have paid for these items Car price US$ 185.88 Amount paid US$ 185.88 PAY AT PICK-UP You will pay for these items at the counter Car price US$ 0.00 Amount due at pick-up US$ 22.04Review from Diana R

They lied to me , I got a reservation thru Expedia , not only did not accept my credit cards, but when the guy said to cancel thru Expedia because they can refund my money , they told Expedia that they can’t refund my money because I did not have insurance . DON'T RENT FROM THIS PLACE!! THEY ARE A RIP-OFF!! THEY SAY YOU CAN USE YOUR INSURANCE IF YOU HAVE FULL COVERAGE AND THEN THEY TELL YOU THAT IT HAS TO BE 300K IN COVERAGE, WHO THE HELL HAS THAT MUCH COVERAGE? ANYWAYS WE TAKE THE INSURANCE THE LADY TELLS ME $8 A DAY WE SAY OK AND ENDS UPS CHANGING 24.99 PER DAY, REALLY? MISLEADING, IF SHE IS NOT TRAINED CORRECTLY THE COMPANY SHOULD HONOR IT NOT JUST SAY NOTHING WE CAN DO. THEY GIVE MISINFORMATION AND DON'T HONOR WHAT THEY SAY. I WILL NEVER RENT FROM THEM AGAIN AND WILL MAKE SURE TO TELLS FRIEND AND FAMILY. NEVER AGAIN!
