      I will never purchase from this company again. First of all, the shipping time is awful. It seems like they purposely take their time if you dont pay for the expedited shipping. Second, the product I ordered does not perform as advertised. Third, when I wrote a review of the product on their site, it never posted. It seems as though they only allow their five star reviews to post. There are MUCH better companies to buy from. Avoid this one at all costs.

      I could not be happier with Diamond. Great products, fast delivery, beyond amazing customer service. ***** is the best, she is kind and friendly, she will take care of all your needs, concerns and she does it quickly. Very fast response to questions through email. They have great discounts and an awards program to build points with every purchase. They have many specials, sales and discounts to help make these products more affordable. They also ship through *** which I love. I give them a 10/10.

      People need to stop complaining about this company. Its an excellent company and if youd read the rules about their shipping around policies around the holidays and weekends and things like that, you wouldnt be complaining about the delay in your delivery of products. Ive never had anything but excellent customer service from these people and Ive always received my order and theyve always made it right, even if they occasionally mess up . Every company I know has a minimum order to get the shipping for free so these people are no exception so yall need to stop complaining about that as well. Diamonds Pricing is better than any local dispensary Ive ever been to. I can spend $100 elsewhere and only get a quarter of the products that I get for the same hundred dollars from this company. People stop your complaining about frivolous things and just enjoy their products.

      I have enjoyed their products, but I also think this company, and their sister company, CBDmall, are getting over on their customers with the shipping. They force you to pay $9.99 for 2 day shipping and, unless you're in ******* or Georgia, you won't ever get it in 2 days. Before I stopped using them, I would place my order and receive an email the next day that says the order shipped and would arrive in 2 days. The next day I would get an email that says "your order has incountered a delivery exception." This happened every single time. What are the odds? Save your money for a company that won't lie and take advantage.

      HI there, unfortunately the customer placed an order on 12/3 for an item that was on sale. We ran out of the item but we were back in stock a few days later in which we shipped the order and would have arrived today 12/11. ******* apologized to the customer for the delay but let him know it was shipping since we got the items back and the customer demanded a refund in which we gave him. ******* explained our processing times which is up to 72 business hours to process the order. We value our customers and never would treat them any other way and after reviewing the emails exchanged we tried our best to explain the situation. We have refunded the customer in full for the order.

      Ive purchased from this company numerous times and have received professional and courteous service each and every time. I felt inclined to add my review because Diamond CBD has gone above and beyond each and every time and i appreciate their excellent response. The website is easy to use and is dedicated to helping you find the right product for your need with many educational descriptions of their varied product lines. Having been a seller of various products myself I think that its important to also leave positive responses where warranted. I just ordered again and know that I will receive my next product as agreed upon for the price that was quoted, in the time that was described. The products that I have ordered have always been fresh and work well for my particular issue. Trust is earned through good service and excellence in quality and price.       Diamond CPD when I emailed the company The company said the delivery will be in 2 days and it was 6 day delivery got 12 pre rolls and two candy bars $120 and it is nasty tasting ****, it's no better than the marijuana dispensarys I thought it would of been way way better I was wrong

      Hi there, We have reviewed your account and the order was placed on Friday 11/10/23 at 4:48pm EST. Our processing times are ***** business hours which is stated on the site when the order is placed. This order was sent to the warehouse on Monday 11/13/23 and we have until Wednesday to ship the order out. Once the order has shipped it will take 2 business days to receive which we let the customer know on 11/13 via email and explained our processing times. The customer kept emailing in multiple times the same day asking where her package was which we again let them know our processing times. The order was delivered on time VIA *** DAY with the tracking number ****************** on Thursday 11/16/23 which is what we guarantee our customers. The order was placed in the afternoon on Friday and we are not open on weekends. The order shipped Tuesday and was received Thursday which is not late. We have no issues sending a return label when our customers are not satisfied with the items which we have done. Once we get our items back we can offer a full refund to the customer. Have a good day.

      Diamond customer service is non-existent when you have an issue. I ordered two of the Chill Plus Chocolate Bars back in July. They were vile and inedible. I filled out their online contact form and still haven't gotten a reply after months of waiting. If they would have responded and worked with me they wouldn't have lost a customer. But after three orders, lots of referrals, and a lot of money spent they ignored me because they didn't want to deal with me. That's a really really bad way to do business.

      We have searched our emails, chats and call list and we could not find the initial contact about this issue. Anytime a customer has an issue we respond with either a refund or a reshipment. Since we were unaware off this issue we weren't able to help. Usually if a customer doesn't receive a response they can call us to follow up but this did not happen. Our returns policy last ************************************ July. Even contacting us now we still would have been able to help but the customer decided to reach out to ******************** instead. We have refunded the customer $39.98 for the items. 

      Our office hours are Monday - Friday and we have reps available from 9am -6pm est. We can be easily reached at ************** for any concerns a customer may have.
