      Horrible ***************** BEWARE if your property uses this company- exhaust your funds before closing your account. They will charge you with no care!! BOUNS means they get it back at closing!! The condo I was renting burnt down. Loss everything! While closing down my accounts through HOA, I was told to get refunds for any credits through the actually company. So I reached out to Aaxon to let them know I was closing the account due to no longer having a home (or clothes to even wash/dry). They stated my HOA would reimburse?!? That makes no sense but I reached back out to my HOA, 2 weeks later no response, my HOA did not get a call back either from her contact rep. I reached back out to follow up, 2 days later I receive an email from ***** at Aaxon stating that 1.5 years ago when I signed up for the free app I was granted $5 BOUNS for signing up, taking that into consideration, I would not get that portion back? WHAT? What is the bonus for? Why advertise free app? Not to mention the 2.60 from a previous refund request when the machine didnt work but they couldnt find that order even though I sent a screen shot from my account. They 100% do close out the accounts as they did mine! Just horrible customer service and resident care! Check ****** I attached photos there!

      This customer was fully refunded her balance that was owed to her.  Residents are explained that the 5$ bonus is based on keeping an account open with ***********************.  This is explained to the association when they sign up with Aaxon.  We fully refunded the amount the customer paid for and there was no mention of a refund request until after the fact and our company policy is all refund requests must have a service call tied to them which they did not.  No one from the *** contacted us as they stated above.  The customer above has our email address and we explained all policies to then and refunded there money.

      Great customer service. Really simplified ********************** day. pleasant to deal with. Not only that the new on line app system I do not have to drag myself to the club house to money on my card and even a bigger plus I have a walk to the laundry room in my condo to get there and find out they are in use. The new app allows me to see what is available, how much time is left and let's me know when My items are done. Easy to put money in the app attaching a bank acct. Life is so much better now.

      EVEN 1 START IS TOO MUCH FOR THEM:How can this company continue to operate this way? Here is my sad story...and know that I am writing this review not for the very small amount they owe me but to denounce them and wish that their actions cease.Knowing that my rental was ending in a few days, I wanted to put just the necessary funds in my account but the smallest amount you can put is $10. So I transferred that amount and when I moved out I asked for a refund for the difference. KNOW THAT THEY DO NOT MAKE REFUNDS, you can only close your account and by closing it, your amount is wiped out and transfer in THEIR POCKET!Oh and the reason they give me: The revenues are shared with the association and they have already paid them, so they can't reimburse people!!!!I imagine they never understood that in finance you can create debits and credits!AWFUL COMPANY..I feel bad for their employees. If they treat their customers like that, imagine how you are treated!******************* - ************* **

      We spoke to the customer above and advised them that upon registration they received a 5$ credit upon keeping an account with ***********************, we advised the customer that because they are closing there account the 5$  credit will cover the **** they feel they have owed to them, also we did not remove the account the customer above deleted it as we now have no access to it.  We always provide refunds to all our customers when they are verified, we have policies in place for those reasons, this customer is actually still **** cents ahead.

      Deceiving. When I leased an app operated washer and dryer at the beginning of this year the salesperson told me the only charges were $30 per machine, never did he mention there were extra charges for the modem and some other charge, which is an additional 60% of what I was initially quoted. Not even when I asked him did he mention it. He assured me there was no other charges. I am now stuck in a five year lease having to front that extra cost when I'm barely making ends meet with the Airbnb. They refuse to give me an itemized statement so I could verify their figures are correct. They only provide a statement summary which I highly doubt is correct. I hope this review helps someone reconsider using their services as their business practices and their bait and switch tactics are dishonest at best.

      I have been in touch with the above customer and explained that all above costs were clearly in her lease, that she signed. She absolutely does receive a statement quarterly which is 100% correct.  I have provided all my info to the customer and she is emailing me directly.

      I am a resident of Ambassadors East Condo Highland Beach FL Aaxon provides washer/dryers which I have used w/o problem for 4+ months they provide a card that you load funds. On March 11 I loaded $20 onto there card using my credit card which shows a $20 payment to Aaxon yet my card is showing a zero balance. I have texted and left numerous voice mail messages with Aaxon and I have also asked the management company to help. Aaxon has ignored all requests please help. Thanks

      We have not received any requests for the above, our service rep has emailed the email address on this complaint and has not received an answer back, as well as we have reached out to the office at the property mentioned in the complaint and spoke to Carol and she is not aware of any complaints as times prior she has contacted us with any issues and e are very responsive.
