I purchased an IV course at Clinical Solutions Medical Training. They double charged me, and I have been sending emails and calling for three weeks. I have heard nothing back regarding my cancellation and refund. There are several complaints on their reviews regarding these types of matters, so I know I am not alone.Business response

The Customer ordered the course on January 16, ****. She was issued a receipt and course materials. In this email it clearly states:
*All course materials must be returned to receive a refund. Any course cancellations are accepted 5 days prior to original class date less a $40.00 cancellation fee. Transfers are accepted at no charge up to 24 hours before class. All refund requests must be made in writing by email to *****************************************************. Refunds will be processed once the course is completed. Wait time can vary based on receipt of materials and time to process.
Leading up to the course date, she requested a reschedule of her course. Her refund was pending completion of the course as stated. We have followed the letter of our refund policy. She was informed of the process and she felt it did not apply to her. Since this complaint, she has been refunded because she made another dispute through her Credit Card.Through this process we have been transparent. At this point she has already received her monies back.
