Severe lack of communication. Charged 2 hours to run a simple background check. 15 hours total charged investigated a friend of the person who I asked them to investigate. I provided times, locations, and just about everything to him. Everything he needed on a silver platter.Refused to refund me the rest of my deposit after not responding to me multiple times.Do NOT use them. They will ghost you and make you feel like your the problem.

My husband and my brother-in-law passed away the same day. I wasnt getting anywhere with the police so I reached out to ****. He led me to believe that potentially my husband and brother-in-law couldve been murdered. He sent me down a rabbit hole of darkness and depression, the best part about it was when the cop That I was working with in regards to my husbands case caught him lying, and the whole thing was recorded from her office. I just started to pursue **** to get my money back and also bring light to his horrible ways of taking money from people I have two young boys and Im a single mom now , this man is a spawn of Satan someone who would take money from innocent people when theyre grieving morning were going through something very difficult in life, and completely took advantage of me . He chose the wrong person to mess with. Dont ever mistake. My kindness for weakness.. as a Christian ****** I should pray for you that somehow you learn what youre doing to people is wrong maybe Ill pray that every night you lay your head on a pillow that youre overcome with emotions and thoughts of your victims that youve manipulated and used to the point where you cant sleep you try so hard but you cant . Remember thats God keeping you awake until you make good on all that youve taken from people. And all that I know is that if it doesnt keep you up at night and youre not bothered by your wrongdoings, God help you on your judgment day.,

I hired ********************* to investigate while my husband was in ***********. He was going to be there for 1 day. He wanted me to zelle him $3,800 as a minimum to take a case. Said that any unused hours would be refunded. Especially in my case, as I only needed him for the day. I hired him at 10:30 am, 10 mins later I let him know that my husband left the location and was heading to the airport. He told me they would wait for him in ******* when he landed He would go ahead and get info on the house he was at. Once he landed I kept in constant contact updating his whereabouts on life 360. **** was hard to reach. He would text the local men my up dates. Then theyd text him and hed deliver to me. I asked repeatedly to be able to communicate with his staff. He clearly was flying on planes all day, failed to mention this prior to paying him. He would not connect us. At 5:30 pm the guys stopped for the night. Then 9:00 pm reached back out and wanted his location. They asked me to zoom out for cross streets, which I did and I continued trying to reach him for the next 2 hrs, with zero response. The next morning he asked again for my husbands whereabouts, I said hes flying home right now. **** agreed to give me the remaining unused money. I waited for days and he went silent on me. I already knew in my heart that there was NEVER any local guys working. Nothing he said or the way the day went, made any sense at all. I asked several times for info on the house in ***********. Zero reply to that either. He made sure I had to zelle him. That way the money he received for services could not be disputed. Hes a complete SCAMMER!!! He should be reported and people need to know what theyre getting themselves into. Do not trust him!! Hes charming and sounds very, very professional. There was another complaint on BBB from a women with a very similar outcome as mine. Hes a complete liar - stay clear of him and any business hes associated with.Its so sad!!
