I purchased a transmission service kit through e-bay for my vehicle that included new shift solenoids. I researched the vehicle transmission information prior to the purchase and the supplier listed the transmission for my vehicle. I installed the kit on the vehicle and it didn't work properly so I contacted the supplier who was very rude and condescending. They informed me that products supplied were for vehicles "2000 up", my vehicle is a 1997. I reviewed the add again and did see the "2000 up" comment but had over looked it at the time of purchase and it wasn't a clear indication that this meant, for transmissions manufactured after the year 2000. I again messaged the supplier and requested a refund both through e-bay and through direct email with the supplier and informed them I would gladly send the parts back. I received a response stating "unfortunately we do not make exceptions for returns from buyers who have left us negative feedback." and my request was rejected by the supplier through e-bay. The date of purchase was 1-27-2024, order No. **************. Not only am I out the initial purchase price of $163.87 but I've spent over $60.00 on transmission fluid installing and removing the parts along with the 4 hours of labor associated with doing so, just to be informed that my request for a refund is being denied because I left an unfavorable review. I've also ordered the correct parts from an alternate supplier and will have additional cost associated with installing them.Initial Complaint

This is the first notice that you were not satisfied with your **** purchase from **. There was no effort made to contact us through **** to date. For the past 23 years all of our **** sales have a "30 day no questions asked" return policy. It states that right on the listing site you purchased the item from. So just return it for a refund, and if you choose purchase what you believe is the correct item.Initial Complaint

i order an item from ***.industries on **** the item came in damaged i started a return on **** and ****s app canceled it **** support team says too contact the seller which I have been and The support team stated the seller would give me a shipping label to send item back for a refund no contact from the seller whatsoever since then!Initial Complaint

Didn't need part ordered through their **** store so attempted to start a return, my phone malfunctioned accidently closing the return ticket so I had no RMA number, requested one several times even explaining what happened. **** CSR thought she found the assigned number and gave it to me, I shipped part back per the instructions with RMA clearly on package and in Invoice Envelope. NEVER GOT CONTACTED OR REFUNDED, MESSAGED THEM AGAIN ABOUT REFUND GETTING NO RESPONSE. NOTE: **** CSRs were no help at all like only going through motions. I filed a complaint with the **** REPORT #********* plus registered complaint with ** ************************* as well. COST OF PART TO BE REFUNDED - $115.54 and I used PayPal Credit to buy it.
