I went to the Business Wireless Paradise on Saturday March 2nd 2024 to get my back screen of my IPhone 13 repaired .I used a Groupon .The owner **** checked my phone for full functionality and started the job . When I picked up the phone it was not functional and /or operating correctly and there was clue residue around the screen . The screen made a popping noise. The phone was now permanently broken and he also exchanged my Apple battery for a non genuine battery that my phone didnt recognized. He promised to replace my phone since he admitted he had trouble during the repair and accidentally damaged contacts inside it and admitted to having to replace my battery that was functioning perfect before. He was mad and aggravated and said he will no longer offer those back screen repairs on Groupon and will also refund me the Groupon I paid for . He asked me to send him the amount of what the replacement cost for my phone would be and I did send him the amount that I have to pay for my replacement phone through my phone insurance .He stopped responding and didnt pay me the requested amount of $275. He did refund the Groupon but he broke my phone and installed non genuine parts that werent even affected or broken before . I have been very nice going through my insurance it only cost him $275 for the replacement phone . A used Iphone 13 easily cost still between $300-400. **** needs to reimburse me for the $275 that I had to pay because he broke my phone . Thanks
