Bought 2 pieces of coffee table, but it was delivered with a couple dent on top of one of the table on 10/19/24. I told the people who came to deliver it that I am not signing the shipment papers; they need to take it and bring me back another one without any defect on it. The person who was in charge agreed to send a new one. 10/26/24 they brought the table with a different color that didnt much with the other piece. Again they agreed to bring another one with no defect that Matches with the other piece, but the following week they brought a different table (unmatched) color. It so upsetting going back and forth to schedule a delivery day which they give you a window time frame; westing my time off work without doing anything. Its just unacceptable for them not knowing what theyre supposed to be doing.El Dorado Furniture Response

DON'T HONOR THE REFUND POLICY ON THEIR WEBSITE!! Ordered a statue online (Sales Order #*******UXRZ) on 08/09/24. Had it shipped to my office because I suspected it may need to be signed for. Finally arrived on 10/04/2024 while I was on vacation. a coworker signed for it. When I returned from vacation I opened it and my wife didn't like it. Called on 10/30/24 to return it. Agent said the return policy was 5 days. I quoted the return policy on their website to him;"If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase you may return it with the original packing receipt (or visit My Account and click the Return Items link for return options) within 90 days of the order date."He told me, "I'm sorry but for accessories we only do 5 days". I asked him if he could guide to where that is in the posted Terms and Conditions but he couldn't.... El Dorado Furniture and ************************** only accept returns at the point of delivery. Simply inform the Delivery Professional which piece or pieces you would like to return. Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed. Note that delivery fees are non-refundable.Customer Response

We brought sofa set worth 5k in July 2024, out of 5 chair one of the chair was received damaged, I call CS Eldorado and asked for repair and tecnician visited and they order part. parts came after almost three months and it's not even complete part, the part missing some fitting and not possible to replace part. Now I don't know how long it will take to get correct damage parts and how much time it will take to installed. Very poor after sales customer service and we need to wait until they have correct part and Eldorado CS don't know how long this will take.El Dorado Furniture Response

Worst customer service experience. I bought a sofa with them 2 years ago. I stopped receiving statement about 6 months ago for some reason. I called today to find out why I have not been receiving my statements and to find out my payment obligations. I was very disappointed to find out that I have been an excessive charge because the promotional plan that I was on had expired in July. The are charging me $1,500.00 more. I told them repeatedly that I have not been receiving my statement. I am willing to pay my balance in full before the extra charge and they would not help me. It is not fair that because I have not been receiving statements now I get this upcharge . I am extremely disappointed as I have been a loyal customer and they are willing to help. I will.never by at this store again. I am taking my business elsewhere!El Dorado Furniture Response

I visited the Eldorado in **********, as I was shopping for a leather sectional. I was amazed by the great selection to choose from and the price!In addition, ******* the sales associate was knowledgeable, patient, professional, and made the over all experience fun.In the end, I was happy, after a couple of hours to purchase my signature leather sectional.El Dorado Furniture Response

my recent experience was in the store located in *******, unfortunately i was looking for a nightstand and there was only 1 available near me in *******. the sales attendant was amazing but before leaving the store a woman's called ***************************** was soooo aggressive and disrespectful with the guy who was preparing the furniture for us, we ( me and my husband) felt sooo bad, i didnt wanted to be there at that point since she didn't stop screaming at him, even when that *** didn't say a word. She knows absolutely who i am since i asked for her name to report that uncomfortable situation. People like her do not deserve to be representing a store with some years of reputation.El Dorado Furniture Response

I wanted a glass bowl that sold for $129. I added it to my cart and the shipping then showed $549.99 just for the shipping and preparation. Come on now, I could pay less for getting it hand carried. Total of the invoice would then be $678.99 for the $129 bowl. Needless to say I did not purchase. That bowl will never sell for that price.Review from Maggie G

Im extremely disappointed weve purchased a lot of furniture from El Dorado but unfortunately one of the pieces which is a beautiful leather sectional started peeling about 8 months ago. Real leather is not supposed to peel no to mention how little use this sectional has had. Do not understand why I would be sold something said to be leather when in reality its not. Bought a chaise sofa Jan 16/24 2 wks after delivery started making a groaning squinting sound called they sent tech out Saud I had to much in chaise...Removed it....still made noise.called again they sent same tech out said it was the wheels under sofa. Next day again same noise, called again 3rd tech came out told them not same woman...this man stated that there was definitely something wrong with the frame. He submitted report June 10 24. 7 days later get a email from warranty company stating that the sofa was in excellent condition according to tech report...But as a COURTESY they will replace the chaise cushion in 16 to 20 wks....I called again and asked what about the rest of the sofa there answer was well we will have to have another tech come out now to check on this part. This is the worst experience I have ever has with a company they have no customer service and they really just pass it off as to bad we are really just gonna give you the run around....I now wait for the 4th tech to come to.my home and I guarantee I will gave him sign before he leaves to submit this do called report that they make upEl Dorado Furniture Response
