I bought a membership for two -2- months unlimited classes at a spinning studio at an escalated price.the first month of July everything went well and I booked my unlimited classes , about 4 a week with the mobile application no problem.The moth of august and final month at the promotion price, my membership was deducted from my account at ***** on date 08.23.2022 and i booked my weekly lessons no problem but at the second week i started having issues booking the classes, the app will say that i have no credit for classes which was not accurate because i prepaid them unlimited and was set to expire on Sept 2019. I proceed to ask team member with text message and she fix the issue for that week but I kept having problems and could not book classes or assist because -no credit- I then call the studio and reached out explaining and I was told on date sept 5th that manager will call back and fix it but they never did. Finally I reached out with email and they answer back that i can now go but the problem is they are not giving me back the rides i miss because the application didnt work and they wont reimburse any missed class. My problem is that the studio owe me rides and the are not willing to extend the classes so i can use what i paid for. I pay for a service that was not provided and they refuse to reimburse me back my money.
