Business Response /* (1000, 21, 2022/05/26) */ In response to your complaint dated 5/4/2022, we looked at your account. Your credit balance was created on our books in January and was inadvertently missed on credit card refunds via a automated process. We acknowledge that you did call 3 times, but the staff did not realize that a automated process that not worked for refund. We have credited your account today 5/26/2022 and we had an employee call you to notify that credit card refund was processed. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this caused you. This is not our common business practice. We have since gone back and checked on other accounts that failed getting refunds as well. Thank you for bringing this error to our attention.
