I ordered and paid for a necklace that the company said they shipped. I never received it and I emailed them over a dozen times to either ship another one since I paid for it or give me a full refund. They ended up only sending a refund for a small amount not the entire necklace that was NOT my fault I never received.Business response

We refunded her prior to her complaint as well as attached a tracking number to her order which she will receive free of charge

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.They actually had only refunded a portion of it prior to my complaint to the BBB. As of yesterday they did finally credit the balance they owed me I am assuming due to your involvement. So thank you very much for your help!
