      I need my first dental implant. Did some research to get a 'specialist' other than regular dentist opinion. Found their website and called to make an appointment for their $79 special for the dental implant exam. Literally mentioned the website special, booked the appointment because of the "special". The issues started after arrival. The appointment was at 2:15 pm. Asked to get there by 2 pm and was there at 1:55. Already printed and filled out paperwork prior to arriving. Got called back about 2:30. Went back waited another hour and half since they were backed up in surgery with another patient. I told them that was fine because, honestly, i did not mind waiting. The exam went great, and the doctor was knowledgeable. However, I FEEL SCAMMED, CHEATED, SWINDLED AT CHECKOUT. Cashier lady says, "Okay, that will be $79... okay, great. I hand her my card.... and as my husband walks in the door to come check on me to see if I'm okay after being inside for an exam over 2 hours, they added another FEE! And as she went to swipe my card, she goes, actually, it's $189 because ******** had her change my fee last second (as i was speaking to my husband). No extra fee was ever discussed to me. I did not ask for anything extra. I will not be using them for my first dental implant. I'm seriously shocked and feeling like it was a bait and switch.

      May 2021 was my initial appointment. After waiting over an hour I was told the doctor wasn’t going to make it. June 2022 I decided to give it another try. They told me I’d be emailed everything about the surgery, very weird, I’ve had surgeries in the past and always knew exactly what was being done during the surgery, before and after. I was still hopeful. As I was leaving the doctor was telling the nurse that I needed to be brought into the managers office to do the selling of what’s wrong to agree to the surgery and payment amount. I was very clear and they seemed at the time to understand I do not have any family in the area, had a whole conversation about it. I told them I couldn’t schedule until I could fly family in to care for my children. They told me I would come in a week before the surgery for pre op to detail the surgery. Here we are September 6, 2022 I was the one to reach out to the office to ask when I’d have to come in since now we’re a week out. The girl came back to ask me who told me I had to come in then came on to tell me the doctor has to reschedule due to an induction and will be on leave. I’m out flights, time off, my family’s help time off of work. I asked for the $500 deposit back until they can schedule a day for the surgery as they were well aware I cannot do it until I can get the care I need in order to do the surgery. They refuse. They want to tell me their “poor me” story about how I should have understanding for the doctor yet they could careless that the working class has to actually work hard to schedule these things. No compassion what so ever for having put me way out at this point. Who cares about my children, the doctor with a 6 figure salary is having a baby. The entitlement is disgusting! Absolutely shame on every single person in this office. Now I’m supposed to put trust in people who are wildly disrespectful and rude. No thank you! You took a vow to care for your patients and this entire situation is the offices fault.
