I recommend Allard in the strongest terms. Throughout a six year struggle with insurance companies, lawyers and roofers, I contacted a lot of roofing companies who had replaced concrete tile roofs since Hurricane **** in 2017. In my opinion you should hire Allard, despite anything you might have heard about any other roofer. Allard is a small family business that uses exclusively their own employees and has plenty of experience in all types of roofing products. While replacing my roof, ***** Allard pointed out the superior products and procedures he used in comparison to a nearby neighbor's roof which was then being replaced. They offer a 12 year warranty and will keep you informed and return your phone calls and emails. Their pricing is extremely competitive and their payment terms are very fair. ***** even turned down my offer to pay him extra when he used more product at my request. My project took eight weeks from contract signing to completion. The dry-in products were delivered in four weeks and that phase was completed over the next three days. Following City inspection, the tiles were delivered and installed over a four day period.

We needed a new roof and contacted nine roofing companies to obtain competitive estimates/bids. We liked many of the salesmen personally, but did not care for the way bids were presented or written. When we met Doug B., salesman for Allard Roofing Co., we felt comfortable right away. All questions asked by us, and we asked a LOT of questions, were answered by Doug. We called him a couple of times to clarify terms of our contract and he answered all concerns immediately. Our contract was firmed up, we made our shingle selection and our project moved forward in a timely manner. We always had a way to contact Doug either through the portal they set up for us for ease of communications or by phone. Permits were obtained, materials delivered. The trailer they brought for old roofing debris was placed on our driveway and we could get in and out easily, however I opted to park on our grass for the duration. The crew arrived, as did the owner of the business, Craig A.. The crew got busy and they worked very hard, getting the tear off and dry-in phases done in one day as promised. One small miscommunication happened but it was taken care of by Mr. A. and all was well. We only had a couple of color options for the particular line of GAF shingles we wanted, but it was not the fault of the roofing company. It's just that there has been an overwhelming amount of roofing shingles sold nationwide, so it was a question of supply and demand. We were not unhappy with our choice. In fact, we receive many compliments on the color we selected and we could not be happier! Our yard was cleaned up very well. We found a little debris remaining, but one phone call later, the crew boss was out again to go over our gutters and yard a SECOND time, because after a hard rain, old nails came down through gutters. (Nice neat little piles that I picked up and threw away). We feel comfortable recommending Allard Roofing Company for your roofing needs.
