Contract signed 5/4/23 with Vreeland CCC *******. Started calling a few weeks later asking when work would begin, was told they don't have the permit . Let me state, that from the first call forward I only spoke with office personnel, no one directly involved in the actual ordering or scheduling of materials or installation. The permit was finally obtained about six weeks later. At that time I was told they had to order the skylights which they knew were part of the contract six weeks ago, and did not have a timeframe of when they would be in.When I called last week of July, they said they ordered the wrong skylights and would have to re-order them ( A roofing company ordered replacement skylights that did not come with the proper flashing,) About the last week of Jul, first week Aug, a crew shows up, tears off the old roof and installs the underlayment for the new roof..... And it stays like that until they decide to come the day before hurricane ****** (8/28) to install the shingles during a rain storm.... After the tear off, but before the shingles are installed, I get an email on August 11th and was told the "proper" skylights were ordered with an ETA of August 22nd....So, the roof essentially was "unprotected" for 3 weeks or more with rain. I left town during the storm 8/28 and returned home September 6th to find no skylights installed, nor the roof finished. I called and they said a skylight was damaged did I want it installed and wait for the other one to be re-ordered ?... I told them cancel them, fill in the void finish the roof. So they start and then tell me they don't have enough shingles to finish the job.WTH? He came back days later, with shingles he didn't need because a bundle and half were hidden up on the roof. When he's leaving the facia cover is not installed and says he has to come back they don't have it. WTH? That was over a week ago....No communication. Only office personnel can be spoken with... Poor preparation Poorly run operationBusiness response

We have been talking to the client to have this straightened out, fixed his bill, and trying to have our client satisfied with the job!
