            I have been dealing with various issues with my Audio System. 2 years ago Chris installed a new tuner and a new Amplifier. The new amplifier was for my whole house speaker system. Getting the two hooked up to my system and then, being sold a sonos receiver system has been very difficult. This system cost me $1500. The Amplifier cost $399.

            Recently, Chris recently installed a system with a touch screen that would operate all systems. System is MRX-5AND TDC 7100. This cost me $1950.

            Now the amplifier is cutting on and off when running the whole house system and is very irritating as it is supposed to be on continuously.

            Apparently Axis has refused to replace the 2 year old Amplifier because we have been now 2 weeks in discussion and Now they are not calling me back. So now after spending approximately $3500 over the course of 2 years I have an amplifier that doesn't perform and Axis is not standing up to make it right.

            I think they should replace the Amplifier.
