This is our second time around using Crew Septic Solutions, LLC. Our home was built in 2016 and in 2019, the toilets stopped working. I had gotten a plumber out to see what was going on. They suggested I call a septic tank company. I was desperate and worried. I called several companies at that time and the only one who contacted me back with a reasonable price and time was Crews. They came out right away and luckily got it done just in time before it would of been a disaster. That's something to be thankful for!!The second time around, I called them and sure enough, they were available to help. ***** contacted me to let me know when they were coming. They did a job well done! Thank you ***** for setting up the appointment and reaching out to me with extra ideas and information on maintenance. I'll be calling back in a few years. :)Crews Septic Solutions, LLC Response

I am a new customer of Crews Septic Solutions, LLC. I found myself in need of having my septic tank pumped, and after reading reviews for many companies on different platforms, I decided to try Crews Septic Solutions, LLC. I sent in a request for a quote the night before, via email. I called into the office the next morning, and the person who answered was very helpful and professional. They explained the pricing with details, which made it easy for me to choose what I wanted. The technicians showed up a few minutes early to the morning appointment, and unfortunately my phone ringer volume was off. I missed multiple attempts they made to try and reach me, and when I woke I went immediately outside to find one of the technicians digging. He explained that he reached out to the office and was told to go ahead with the work, which I was extremely thankful for. I apologized for not answering, and the technician was very understanding and professional. I called the office after speaking with him, and the office person thanked me for calling in and was also very polite/understanding. The task of pumping my septic tank was completed quickly, with no mess, and the dirt was replaced on top of the tank. It looked great, and will be easy for the grass to regrow over the tank. More importantly, the toilets were able to flush again. It's been 2 weeks since the tank was pumped and I have had no issues. I already recommended this company to my brother and will recommend them to anyone in need of a trustworthy, professional company to resolve their septic problems.Crews Septic Solutions, LLC Response

Excellent service. ***** was the receptionist who helped me on the phone and was very professional as well as kind and caring of my needs. She was able to answer all of my questions and concerns. She set up the appointment and called me when the tech was 45 minutes out like she said she would. ***** was the tech who arrived at my property. He was able to diagnose and resolve the issues promptly. I've only lived at the property for a short time and he took the time to explain to me how the lift station works and gave me tips on maintaining a healthy septic system. Pricing was very competitive and they did not try to sell me anything I didn't need. Great company and would highly recommend using them.Review from Brad K

I needed the septic pumped out and a certification in order to build an addition to the existing home. I spoke to Aysha and she was very courteous and scheduled the work right away. I was very impressed with the professionalism of the office and the field crew. They showed up when they said they would and was very courteous. I would highly recommend them.

Save your money and take your business elsewhere. This company cares about 1 thing and 1 thing only, overcharging and not actually solving any problems. Despite the multiple red flags over the years of using their services, and poor reputation among other local service providers, we trusted them with our rental porfolio. On more than 1 occasion I have had to get 2nd opinions on septic and drain field issues because they're simply not reliable. The most recent issue was the last straw. We paid this company to dianose and repair an overflow of water in the backyard. The charged $400 to pump the septic in order to inspect, $245 to "diagnose" the issue (something other septic companies to for free with a pump out), and found a leak in a well water line. Great, they couldn't fix THAT issue but at least they identified it, so we had to pay well copany another $400 to fix. However, the septic and drainfield continued to overflow even after repairing the well leak, signalling to a DIFFERENT issue that they DID NOT diagnose. Now, they to charge more money to go back out and inspect the problem AGAIN. We don't expect free services from anyone, but give me a break. Go rob someone else, and good luck to you if you choose to work with these guys. We told the office manager Aysha that we will pay the invoice for the incomplete work they performed but will no longer be giving them any more of our business, to see if we got a reaction to want to HELP, instead of just focusing on billing - which we have always paid. Her response: "That's fine, thank you for paying your open invoice." That should tell you everything you need to know.Crews Septic Solutions, LLC Response

Every time our company serviced one of your properties, five houses over our three years working for you, we always gave an estimate for work to be done, waited on site to get approval, and would give detailed notes on any other over the hill issues. All of our work for you was a response to a backup, not maintenance, and we responded immediately. We responded via text, phone or email within 10 minutes and always the same corresponder (our office manager) to ensure congruent service, along with same day service. This is our standard, a standard that you will soon find to be higher than the industry standard in this area. Our office manager schedules appointments, diagnoses issues over the phone with tenants, communicates arrival time with customers and tenants if applicable, routes service, takes notes, invoices, and does collections; if your invoice went outside of our terms, it is her job to call you and sort that out amicably. Our team has a minimum tenure of seven years with our company, our office manager for longer than that.
The specific issue you are talking about was abnormal and took more than a simple often free visit to diagnose. The septic tank had to be pumped to make sure the water was not coming from a crack in the tank as the water table was high and this seemed possible. Once that was ruled out, we started digging and using the pump truck to pump gushing water in the quagmire close to the tank to continue investigating. We found a broken well line that was buried 3 to 4 feet deep and ran around and between the 1200 gallon septic and lift station. This was unexpected as it is not allowed within 5ft by code unless sleeved (it was not) generally a well line is nowhere near any part of the septic system. Once we figured that out, we tuned the well off and advised you to get a plumber as our expertise and license does not cover work done on a well. We also advised you that the drainfield was hydraulically overloaded (too much water) it would likely have to be replaced but that you might give it some time and see if it regained normal function after the well line was fixed. We are sorry at the convergence of bad luck with this property and can sympathize that an expensive problem that came out of the blue is frustrating, however being angry with us and blaming the messenger and the one who diagnoses and fixes those frustrations is unprofessional. This was a common occurrence for you whether we extracted a grease clog, replaced an old pump or finally the exotic issue with the well. Our specialty is working with property managers with large portfolios, and we have developed systems and expertise to make problems and chaos disappear in a professional manner but fear we simply will not be able to help you any longer. Best of luck to you and hope you have better luck with your properties.Review from Andie

We have used Crews Septic Solutions for some time now! I called them on Monday as we lost our lid to our septic (it fell in) .... they got here when they said they would be here. The gentleman that came and put a lid on lets me know how to keep our septic going strong and what products to use. He was also the same guy from a year ago that highly recommended we chop our Oak Tree down (not sure why the home builder decided to put an Oak Tree right on top of Drain Line to the Leech field) as it probably rooted in our drain line. So, we killed the tree, and everything seems to be working well. I highly recommend Crews for all Septic needs!Crews Septic Solutions, LLC Response
