I hired said contractor for the remodel of my kitchen and floors. I paid 75% as requested in contract. Company installed kitchen cabinets wrong, installed the wrong floors and admitted to such. I have contacted company several times as there is a warranty. They have not returned messages or calls. There are broken cabinet doors and missing baseboards. Job is incomplete and company has not communicated with me again. I have had to hire a separate contractor to fix the broken drawers and finish the work. Paying for the job twice. 75% equated to $10kBusiness response

I am rejecting this response because:i provided enough time after discovery of wrongful flooring for company to correct/remove and replace floors to rectify issue. No answer was ever provided and text communication is available to support my claim. I made several attempts to communicate and no clear answer on flooring was ever provided by Contractor or staff. Upon agreeing to installation of cabinets, contractor staff suspended installation and stated it was due to floor issue once I informed them that I would not pay for wrong floors. Despite my clear communication and their knowledge that no payment would be provided for wrong color floors company agreed to continue and finish installation of cabinets. Upon finishing kitchen cabinets contractor employees attempted to collect remaining balance to what I declined once again. To this day no one has come to visually ensure the job completed in my property was correct or even finished. I sent pictures and text messages all with failed attempts of a return answer for contractor to finish/ fix job. After no answer from anyone at Las & JB I had no choice but to hire a separate person to fix and finish job. Last and ** contacted me after I had already made BBB complaint to send someone to my home and I informed them I had already competed the work. I will gladly submit proof of failed attempts and all communication conducted with all employees of Las & JB to proof no wrong doing on my part upon receipt of said lien.
