I booked a stylist on March 2, 2022 by the name of touch by keef. I paid a $30 deposit. The deposit is only non refundable if I cancel my appointment. On March 25th I received a confirmation email for my scheduled appointment for March 26 at 2:00 PM. We arrived to the appointment on time. She was finishing up another client when we were told she had a text stating my appointment was canceled because I was in a car accident. This was a lie. I never sent a text, she could not provide proof of this text and she refused to return my deposit. She then stopped responding. At no point did I cancel and her alternative times were not convenient for me. She was unprofessional and rude.
