I contracted with Riemer Insurance to provide the legally necessary insurance requirements for a pest control business. I paid 25% down of the policy premium which I lose in case I cancel. My monthly payments are paid directly to the insurance company, ******. The insurance agent, Riemer Insurance and *************************** have ignored my emails for a month that are asking them to complete the correct endorsements I need to be in compliance with my clients. For the past month, my emails are ignored and I can't get in compliance with my customers, resulting in my inability to get paid for services rendered. Additionally going forward I can not work for these 3 clients until Riemer insurance completes the correct forms that will satisfy my insurance requirements. This is blatant incompetence and plain out refusal to do their jobs. ******* and ******** have also ignored my emails so there is no communication whatsoever coming from Riemer. I don't know if they are still in business. I paid for a service they refuse to provide and if I cancel I lose my money and there's stll no hope of getting the required insurance endorsements. This business practice is illegal and an insurance agent should not have the right to put a small business OUT of business by refusing to complete its fideuciary duties.Business response
