My wife and I recently immigrated to the *** on a green card and currently reside in ***********, **********. Upon arrival, we planned to start a car rental business. To kickstart this venture, I contacted an acquaintance from my home country who has lived in the *** for over 16 years and purportedly owns a car dealership in *******. We signed two contracts with his company: one in my name to purchase a car for personal use from an auction, and another in my wife's name to buy cars for our business. The contracts were dated January 27, 2024, and March 11, 2024, respectively. We paid $12,110 for the first contract and $86,180 for the second, totaling $98,290 USD.Despite verbal assurances and promises to provide documentation for all expenses, my repeated requests for supporting documents have been ignored, with assurances that they would be provided later. To date, I have not received the car or any essential documentation. Despite numerous inquiries via phone and WhatsApp, I have not received satisfactory responses. He claimed to have sent the car ****** ES 300H) from ******* for personal use on May 23 and documents on May 25 via ***** even sending me a photo of the envelope. However, over a month has passed, and I still have not received either the car or the documents. He consistently refused to provide the contact details of the broker or driver, making it impossible for me to locate my car. The tracking number on the envelope shows that the mailing was canceled the same day it was sent. He maintains that the letter was sent but does not offer further explanation.Regarding the vehicles for our business (two Chevrolet Suburbans), for which we paid a substantial sum, I have no information on their status or location, nor do I know where our money is. Despite numerous requests for any documents regarding the vehicles' status, he has provided nothing substantial, merely asserting that he purchased the vehicles without providing any confirmation.Customer response

In my previous complaint dated July 1, 2024, as well as in the payment table, I made an error in the amount of payments under the contract dated January 22, 2024.
I am sending you again my corrected complaint, as well as the payment table. An error was made in the first payment under the contract dated January 22, 2024. Instead of the $3100 I indicated in the previous letter, in fact, I sent the amount of $3500.
Therefore, the total amount for the first contract is = $12,590.
According to the second contract, as it was written for me = $86,180.
Total, the total amount for two contracts sent by me to the company AUTO FORCE CO = 98,779.80.
I also want to inform you that ********************************* never provided a single document and the car under the first contract never arrived. As for the cars under the second contract, their fate is not known to me at all.
As far as I know, the car was registered with the *** in ********************* to a third party only on July 8, 2024. That is, it turns out that neither the car nor the documents were sent to me in May. All this indicates that he is not going to give away either the car or the money.Customer response

Please tell me where and to what address you send the information and whether you duplicate it by e-mail.
The fact is that several people are already suing ********************************* and his companies, whom he also deceived by receiving funds and not providing services or goods.
And unfortunately no one can send him mail, such as subpoenas and so on.
