Worst customer service ever. We had a sales rep stop by our house in ************ 12/20/23 and he gave the demonstration and we were supposed to get a $100 gift card. The price of the system was way too high so we wanted to shop it out. This was over 2 months ago and no gift card. We contacted them several times and they at first were nice about it and said we had to send the gift card voucher in the mail with a self addressed stamped envelope and we did about a month ago. Even though the sales rep never told us that we need to do this we did it anyway. After a few weeks my wife tried to call them and they blocked her. I used my phone to contact them and got to the person who told us to send the self addressed stamped envelope and she was very rude and hung up on us.Business response

****************, we have listened to your wife's calls with our ***. Your wife was assuming she was talking to the same person, when the *** explained to her that she was a different person she became upset with her. She explained to her multiple times that the gift card she ordered had been on back order (completely out her control) and that her gift card was mailed out on Friday 3/1/2024. I also spoke with your wife, whom informed me that she had 2 water test done, one by our company and one with another company that has not sent them the gift card. Unfortunately, we cannot control if another company sends out the gift card or not. I also placed a follow up call with your wife who confirmed receiving our gift card in the mail. We have honored your fulfilment of the gift card from our company prior to this review.
