Hard sale for parts that are not needed. Not reputable. Not trustworthy. Terrible customer service. Unprofessional, weird salesmen/ technician DAMAGED my home. Possibly on purpose after I refused to buy all additional services he aggressively tried to sell me. Im glad I had a friend over - that is how uncomfortable that person made me. All the calls go to dispatch Center. No one ever called me back to rectify my damages. Beware.Review from miguel s

Technician came broke my spring which I noticed the next morning because my garage door was stuck. He doesn't answer phone and the place I called is just a dispatch center. I definitely got scammed.Review from Zita F

Same thing if I would have read the reviews I would have called them. The tech came out a 7 pm to my elderly parents house and installed the He new rubber piece at the bottom of the door. I had to help the tech get the job done. Next day the rubber piece was sagging and somehow my mom got the to answer the phone. They did not send the tech but some young man the wanted to see the receipt as if I was lying. He the walks about ********************************* another language. I should have taken the phone from him and talked to the real boss if there is one. 2 nd man got in truck and drove away. If you live in ***************** you should be able to speak English. Truly believe they can but chose not to when or benefits them. Very bad company no stars and should be shutdown.Review from Stuart S

This company should not be used by anyone needing a garage repair. They overcharge by a function of five, and try to get a consumer to overbuy to the most expensive opener they have.Their business plan is to gauge the consumer knowing they would likely never get a re-call for additional work. When I asked them for a solution for a new opener, they quoted me a charge of $2200, then said they were doing me favor by reducing it to $1600. When I asked for another solution they said there was none, then after some talk, they found one in the truck for a different unit for $ 650. I had them install it ( stupid me ). The unit came with one remote opener. When I asked for another, the technican said it was $ 150. I told told him him no. I later found the unit in ********** for $ 32. Well if I smarter I would have read the reviews before I used them to fix my garage door 1800 dollars they wanted to replace 2 springs and a cable 1500 if I use zelle to pay . 375 dollars to replace them plus 475 dollars to move my door 3 inches 650 dollars for two springs .. my door is still not straight but I have two new springs . I was in a hurry because the door was stuck open . I'm not that stupid but apparently this time I was and I let them scam me. .. please beware of this companyReview from Darlene G

This is a TERRIBLE COMPANY! Came out and did a simple job-replaced rollers. Soon after there was a strong noise. When we tried calling back they were almost impossible to reach. Finally, they said they would send someone out and said there was a service fee. For what? The job was not properly done. The person I spoke to said the fee would be waived. The technician was incredibly rude, disrespectful and SARCASTIC. Said the problem was unrelated to what was done before. Then insisted in charging the service fee. It was of course related to the rollers that were installed. I explained w the company had told me the fee was to be waived; he called the company and said they would listen to the recording to see if that was true. Then said the recording said that I had been advised of service fee and that it would not be waived. I asked the technician to put the manager on the phone and he wouldn't. Who knows who he was speaking to. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND REPAIR SERVICE!Review from bernard l

Our garage door broke and we could not open it to get the car out. My husband called Top Garage because they had 24 hour service. They sent someone out 1st thing that morning of 5/23/22. The service person they sent out did at least get our door working so we could open and close it but he told us that we needed a new door and opener. The garage door was 22 years old so we looked at garage doors he showed us and picked out an insulated hurricane door and new opener which he wrote a receipt for $ *******. He needed a deposit that we paid him $ ******* and he would not take a credit card so we wrote a check. He said it would be approximately 10 weeks before we got the door because we special ordered a grey color. I've called the past few weeks and they told us the door would be installed on 8/1/22 today. My husband stayed home from work to be here when they came. We were told between 10 & 12. They never showed up and we've called several times and now they are saying the wrong door came in. We want our money back that we gave them for a deposit now!!!!
