I had a 2018 ********** Passat it was total lost by my insurance company I have gap insurance with start auto insurance. I was told I only need to pay the deductible But when I called on multiple occasions the tell me the insurance agents are at lunch ,the leave me on hold, and when I try to pull up my account it says it's locked , on that occasions I was told only the insurance manager could unlock it but I'm not able to reach anyone. the car was total lost in April 2023 it is now July 2023. I feel like I was over charged for the vehicle and they probably owe me money but are avoiding me.Review from keanna k

If i could leave zero stars i would, i've been having issues with this company ever since i got the car. Issue number one this car isn't even fully registered to me, this car is registered under someone else's name which their DL has been suspended and their tag was sized which prevented me from refinancing to get out of this c*** company. Issue number two is i have to constantly keep calling them regarding my insurance. which i do have, they charged me a $125 dollar fee which was intended and supposed to go towards this trashy car (my bill). I had to call over the phone to pay the bill and it was put towards the fee. i spend way to much money on my insurance for it to go unnoticed. Issue number three is they lie to much, every time i call with this issue regarding my insurance, they tell me that they will call me back and keep me updated. they never call. I'm not a customer that doesn't make their payments nor was i ever late, ************ is just terrible. I'm sick of calling them through out my work week about this.Review from Jasmine W

I was force to make a promise to pay or get repossessed. One of the agents tried to make an arrangement to make both payments on Thursday. I don't want to make a false promise so I ask an extension to make the second payment before Sunday. 3 days after the proposed arrangement. So the agent said make both payments on Thursday. He told me the supervisor **** will not accept it. So in good faith I ask him to transfer me. This guy was so rude and making false statements. Saying I told his agent I was making a payment today on saturday. I corrected him about the arrangement he went hysterical. Stating I broke 6 arrangements. I tried to explain my child was in the hospital for a week. Which I had no choice but to stop work that week. All I ask for is 3 day extension to come current with the payments. He went on a rant he have other clients like we was on the phone for no reason and hang ** in my face as he stated he going to get car if I don't make the full payment. He has no understanding at all for me to catch up.Review from MICHAEL F

i hadn't had any bad experiences with them but its only been 6 mths
