      DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!! on 05/24 i signed a lease agreement with *** of Hollywood and traded in a 2021 Lexus nx with a pay off amount of $21,826. As of today, the dealership has not paid off the Lexus account. I called on June 8th to speak to someone in finance and was told that the dealership changed ownership on June 1st and they dont have access to the paperwork or access to look at my account any longer. The finance person - *************************** suggested to call back the following week, Monday, to speak to someone in "accounting". I called the dealership today, 06/12, and the receptionist said that they dont have an accounting **** onsite and that I needed to speak to someone in Finance. She transferred me the call and the phone rang for several minutes and no one picked up. I called several time through out the day and no one picks up. I called ************* and *** ********* and they said they dont have not received any information regarding the trade-in. I also called *************** and they confirmed the have not received a payment from ***. I have also tried getting assistance from the sales person but he is also unresponsive. His name is ****.

      BUYERS BEWARE!!!!! I would give than a zero star if I could ??Im really disappointed with my experience at Hollywood Kia. From the onset, there was a significant issue with the dealership misplacing my second car key. Efforts to resolve this through normal channels have been futile, as repeated attempts to contact General Manager ******** have been met with non-responsiveness. His lack of engagement on this matter is concerning and unprofessional.Furthermore, the customer service experience has been equally frustrating. The reception staff consistently places me on hold indefinitely or disconnects the call upon recognizing my number, demonstrating a lack of respect and professionalism.They boast about having no 'dealer fee' to lure you in, but don't be fooledcheck the **** on their vehicles. Its normally higher than what other dealerships or websites list for the exact same build. Hollywood Kia, youre not fooling anyone with these games.Overall, if that's a service you would like to receive, go ahead.

      I have a 2013 Sportage. Agreed its an old car, but still worth to fix what I thought were minor problems. Passenger door didnt open. Light alert that a tired had low pressure. I had that valve changed at ****** for $45, but they said something else was wrong and that I had to take to *** to fix it. I decided to do at the dealer to avoid damages to the stuck door, and to fix the light on the panel. They fixed the door, but a strike of glue was left to dry running down from the handle. I took the car back and ****, the service advisor, said the painting department would take care of it. They then used a pen, leaving a terrible ***** They offered to paint the door to fix the pen job, but made me pay $150 for their sloppy job. As per the tire pressured valve, after paying $350 for a new valve - that they said was not working because was not original, the light came back on the panel. They now said there is another valve in another tire with a malfunction. They want another $350 for another valve. They have the worse service ever. When I decide to get a new car, it will not be a *** because of the terrible service.

      I went to Hollywood Kia to purchase a car, left a 500 deposit on 10/21/23. I was told that the 500 would be refunded to me if not approved. It is now two months later and I have not received my refund. I did a dispute with my bank and I was issued a provisional credit, because they got no response either, they reversed the credit on 12/18/23. I was informed by ****, possible in account that the refund was not going to be issued until next week, in the mean time my bank account has been overdrawn by the 500 and I can buy my grandkids Christmas toys. I encourage everyone not to leave deposits at car dealerships as this is a night mare

      On 2/25/23, I went in to meet with a sales person to test drive 2 car I inquire information on so upon arrival at the dealership I was told the person I was scheduled to meet wasnt available so instead I met up with someone else. I wanted to test drive 2 cars but the person couldnt find one of the keys to the one of the other car so instead I test drive one that I was interested in and another she recommended but decided on the one I previously requested. We went back inside and started the paperwork on the vehicle then I noticed the price on the vehicle was different from what they were advertising online on their website. She mentioned she would mention it and stated she let the guy know that she keep going inside his office. After waiting for over 2 hours I met with the finance guy and noticed that the car price was never changed as mentioned & the finances guy said there was nothing that he can do because that wasnt his department so I was upset, decided that I didnt want to continue with the sales, when he realized that he stepped out which I thought something was going to get done It was just words and lies. They are very shady and very deceiving and they just basically tell you what you want to hear. During the test driving of the car. They had to basically jump start the car because it wouldnt start and the key on the battery wasnt working so it was just basically ghetto and just unprofessional at that point, I became very unpleased and very unsatisfied but then I was told that I was getting a good deal in the car and the price was changed to what was advertised on their website which was a lie. whoever thats looking for a vehicle dont go to Hollywood Kia because in the sales department are very unprofessional and pick and choose who they want to provide great service to, I was discriminated because at the end of the day if it was a different races, I wouldnt get that type of treatment that I received that day again never would recommend.

      After being sold to pay extra (albeit only $487} for "dent repair" for our new 2021 *** that we purchased from them, we have been COMPLETELY UNABLE to avail ourselves of this service. We have left countless voice mails to the service department and the manager of the same, yet have NEVER received a call back - from anyone. If I could give them a MINUS star I would!

      I called this dealership approximately a month ago to inquire about a vehicle. As they did not have the vehicle in stock, I moved on. Since then, they have called me no less than 30 times even though I have asked them not to, both on the phone and by email, on more than one occasion. Every time I block the number from which they call, they use another number. THIS IS HARRASSMENT! Unless you want to be continually harrassed by this business, don't even call with your own number to ask a question or you will be sorry you did!

      They told me over the phone when I authorized them to make a $1,000 deposited on a car that I would have no issue getting my money back if the purchase didnt work out. They carafes my debit car on 6/17/22. On 6/28/22 I informed sales person **** that I had purchased a vehicle from another *** ********** on 6/22/22. After a few unhappy texts from **** at *** she texted back that my money would be returned no problem. As of 7/15/22 my refund had not been processed. I contacted **** at *** again. Asked for paperwork confirming my refund had been processed. Called ***** Fargo on Monday 7/18/122 to file a claim for fraud. Called *** and spoke to ******** who told me the general manager ******** was on vacation. And I could expect a check in two weeks. Told ******** this was unacceptable and she claimed I was being disrespectful to her because I expect my money back I. The same timely fashion they withdrew the money from my account. They may me the home of the no dealer fee but it does not make reputable, ethical or a pleasure to deal with. *******************
