I placed a non refundable deposit of $300 for surgery with a specific doctor. The doctor that I placed my deposit for is no longer with the company. My contract has my selected surgeon and because she no longer works with the company, I want my deposit back.Business response

We understand how frustrating it can be when a physician decides they want to make a change of offices. Which is out of the facilities control. As per in the emails sent to the customer, the contract that was signed by the customer was with our facility directly not with the surgeon directly. It clearly states within the contract that the $300.00 is non-refundable. We offered the customer to use the deposit with another physician for another cosmetic procedure or it can be used for injectable services and she denied the options provided to her. The contract will be attached for review.Customer response

We understand your concern, to add to your response to the rejection. The $300 deposit on the contract you signed states non-refundable. Although your deposit is non-refundable we are happy to get you scheduled with any other services for the amount in question. We are happy to assist if you would like to use the deposit for another physician as well. Deposits are non-refundable that is standard practice.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: the contract has an assigned surgeon, the surgeon I researched and specifically selected. The contract has been broken because the listed surgeon is not with the company, meaning everything in the contract is null and void. All I want is my deposit back because the specific surgeon is not available.

I have consistently tried to reach this facility to cancel my surgery for weeks now. I left three voicemails, *** called many times, Ive tried social media, as well as their contact me form. If I was trying to schedule an appointment someone wouldve prioritized me rapidly. Ive been trying to get my initial down payment back. They contract you to cancel over thirty days out for no penalty and Im coming up on thirty days now. My apt is March 15. The doctor I shouldve had isnt even there anymore. Ive been having medical surgeries for other problems and cannot get ahold of anyone in this facility. Originally I wouldve been paying them $8500. I do not want to be charged for them not reaching out to me!Business response

Patient has been reached out to via phone call l(voicemail was left with call back number) and email reply to inform that refund will be issued. Patient was asked which refund method would work best for her. Pending her response. Once patient has verbalized the best refund method. A refund will be issued to the patient.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: the phone number provided takes you nowhere. *** left a voicemail. I emailed immediately. I texted the listed cell number. Ive called for days now. They have more than one payment method for me and couldve sent it to either. There is no way to get to an extension either. Nobody answers.
