I dont live in ******* anymore and I tried cancelling and they refused until I pay $200. Theyve been charging me for years, and I just want a cancellation. I dont even have a Massage Envy within 25 miles.Business response

Hello,
Client ******************************* is a part of a monthly membership program in which she agreed to be billed on a monthly basis in exchange for massage, Facial or stretch servies. On june 3rd ********'s husband called us in regards to cancelling her account. On june 5th our management staff reached out to her to assist her with canceling her account she was provided our cancellation that she returned on june 6th. Her account has now been canceled. The $200 ******** is referencing is in regards to the payments that were due for Feb, March, April and May which were due with in her agreement. If you review the highlighted sections in her Wellness agreement and in the cancellation form that she filled out it is stated that cancellation request are effective 10 days after we have received our completed form to our email ************************************* or in person to our store **************** Hollywood ** ***** any payments due before or with in the 10 day processing period are still due and will be billed by us the effective date for ********'s cancelation is 6/16/23 meaning that any payments due before then are required. It also states that monthly payment or unused massages are non refundable under any circumstances.
