  On Wednesday November 8th. I bought a 2015 VW Jetta car from NXCess Motorsports for my son. This was his first car. I wanted to take the car to a mechanic for an inspection and the owner would not let me take it from the lot but he allowed the repair shop next door to inspect which hind side I am sure this is a common practice. The shop gave the ok. *** and his wife ***** assured me that this car was in good condition. I paid cash for the vehicle and drove it off the lot. My son cannot drive stick shift so I drove the vehicle home. On the way home the warning lights on dash came on. By the time I drove into my driveway the car was making a banging sound in first and second gear. I immediately took it to my mechanic. NXCess was already closed for the day. They told me it was either the clutch or transmission. I took it the very next day on November 9 to a shop that works on jettas. They told me that the transmission is bad and assured me that the person that sold the vehicle was aware of the condition of this vehicle. I immediately contacted the owner of NXCess on the morning of Nov 9 to make him aware of the troubles and he basically said I bought as is and he claimed no responsibility. He has sense refused to answer my text or calls leaving me in a terrible situation which will cost thousands of dollars to get out of. I even at one point asked him to trade me another car on the lot that works with no response. If this was months later I can understand my responsibility but I did not even make it home the day of the purchase. I would like immediate recourse to remedy this situation.

  I would like to update you on the status of my son and I purchase with NXCess Motorsport. Yesterday 11/17 *** the owner of NXCess allowed us to get out of the purchase of the Jetta and put us in a different vehicle.  We were able to come to a resolution. Thank you for your help but we can close this complaint now since he was willing to work with us.

  I would like to update you on the status of my son and I purchase with NXCess Motorsport. Yesterday 11/17 *** the owner of NXCess allowed us to get out of the purchase of the Jetta and put us in a different vehicle.  We were able to come to a resolution. Thank you for your help but we can close this complaint now since he was willing to work with us.
