I made 2 transactions with this company purchasing their Smartbulb 360. The first transaction was a mistake, the 2nd was not. I received everything I ordered from both transactions in one package. After trying the product, I realized it's not going to work for me. According to the website, there is a money back guarantee within 30 days. I reached out to the company right away for instructions on how to return. Their website claims they will be in touch within 12 hours. I have reached out at least 3 times and have not heard back. I've sent copies of the receipts from Nov. 29th which include the invoice # and amount. One transaction was $149.95, one was $179.95.Customer response

I submitted this complaint just under 3 weeks ago. I have also resent my requests directly to the company for instructions on doing a return with no response. I'm also concerned that if the company actually sends me instructions to return and I send the product back that I will never see a refund.
