Me and family went to adventure landing lurched 5wristbands and first they tried to overcharge me then I got that straight then one of the attractions was not available and the kids played on one attraction but it took 30 minutes to get someone to help us so they couldn’t benefit from then unlimited attractions then two incidents happened a customer taking pictures of kids and an employee threatened my kids and nothing was done I have been trying to contact corporate left numerous messages no one has called us back I would like a refund I also have video and employees are still thereBusiness response

I'm sorry but this is the first that I have heard of this issue and we have no record of anyone by this name contacting us for help. I will email the customer today. If they can provide us with a receipt we would be more than happy to issue them a refund.Business response

06/01/2023 I booked a childs birthday party for today and paid 200+ dollars for it to have literally no AC working inside, with extremly rude staff, and no laser tag or max flight working with most the games out fo service as well…... None of the kids in the party got to use but 1 of the 5 paid for attractions on their wristband.Business response

We contacted the guest after receiving your email. After hearing about their unfortunate experience, we offered tickets for a return visit to the location for another time which were accepted.
