              I really don't understand how this company is still in business. They are not to their word. NO customer service. Very unprofessional. They changed my business status and informed me there was a mistake made but will correct it. From that day to this one it has not been corrected. I have went there during their suppose to be bus hours but no one is there. I have went around in circles speaking to assistant lady. I have asked for the owner or the young lady that made the mistake but can not get anyone. Listen people you must be desperate to use this company. But you would be better off by getting a student at a college that's studying accounting and have better results. They have really messed my taxes up so badly over the 3-4 years I have used them I will have to back track and Im sure pay a lots of money to correct the previous years taxes. I wish there were "0" rating.

              I've read your comment and I'm terribly sorry for any experience you have received. Unfortunately, I have looked through our software system from 2014-2022 and we do not have a ************************* in our system for neither year personal nor business. Once again, I'm truly sorry for the terrible experience you received but unfortunately you did not utilize our office from any time period I researched.
