I purchased insurance for my eye glass lenses and they scratched. I requested my replacement lenses and picked them up in March or April. There were inserted into my frames by a local eye glass office. After wearing them for a few days and while watching TV, I noticed they were blurry. I cleaned them and still noticed the blurriness. I then held them up and shined light on them to see where the smudge was. It turned out that 75% of one lens looked like it had a fog over it, and it was not cleanable. My complaint is that my lenses must not have been quality checked. I want new lenses for both sides of my eyesglasses in case there is something wrong with the other side too. I moved about an hour away from the shop and need them shipped to me. I do not want to drive there again for something that was their fault. I cannot understand why they were not inspected before they were sent to me. The lenses are in my glasses and I will happily return them upon receipt of the new correctly made ones. The problem will be very easy for them to see.
