Have broken and missing items. Company no longer answering my calls after gaslighting me. Proof they lost my items as a woman on east coast of Florida calling calling me after being delivered some of my things and my deceased husband’s belongings.Business response

i am responding to the complaint we received on behalf of **** ****** - South Carolina to Florida. We just delivered this customer on 9/2/24. She signed her delivery documents that she received all goods and all goods were received in good condition- Please see attached). Today is 9/5/24. I am not sure what company she is calling that is not taking her calls or addressing her damages or missing items. This customer has not called Cosmos Transport to report any missing items or damages. Perhaps she may be calling the Broker she booked her reservation thru.
Customer can call us here at Cosmos Transport -************ and we will be happy to assist with her claims for missing items and or damages.

I still do not have all my belongings including checkbooks, etc they delivered to wrong addressBusiness response

I have been in contact with the customer - she was delivered 1 of three of her missing items. There are 2 parties involved here- 1 *** ******, 2 the customer that has 2 remaining items of *** ******- We had tried to pickup her 2 other items when the 1st item was delivered -However the customer was not available to be home at the time we were delivering the 1st item . I have been in touch with *** ******, who has stated she was now not available until after 10/18/24 to receive her items. However , on Wednesday 10/2 - I spoke *** ****** and she now how someone that can accept her items once we coordinate the pickup and delivery again. We are currently trying to coordinate this for her and will be contacting her on Monday /Tuesday - 10/7-10/8 providing her the details.
