THE NATURE OF THE DISPUTE IS THAT THE COMPANY MISREPRESENTS THEIR PRODUCTS ON THEIR WEBSITE. ONCE THE CUSTOMER RECEIVES THE PRODUCT AND ATTEMPT TO RETURN IT THEY CHARGE AN OUTRAGEOUS "RESTOCKING FEE". ATTEMPTS TO CONTACT THE COMPANY THROUGH EMAIL AND SOCIAL MEDIA GO IGNOREDBusiness response

We are very sorry to hear that this customer was upset with our services. We are a newer clothing brand and small business and we take each customer complaint seriously, and work diligently to resolve the issue to the best of our ability. This customer reached out to our company via email on Monday May 1st at 8:35pm stating he was not satisfied with the color of the shirts and stated he wanted a full refund and threatened to file a complaint if he did not get his refund. We then replied 2 hours later on May 1 at 10:35pm and first apologized for the fact that he did not like the shirts he received, and then provided the customer with directions on how to return the product for a refund. As stated in our return policy located on our website, we charge flat rate restocking fee for returns which at the time he sent the email was $9.99, we have since then reduced the restocking fee to $7.00 (************************************************). The customer was not happy with our policy and wanted to be excluded from this policy. As like many other companies the restocking fee is in place to cover tagging, repackaging, and getting the product ready to be restocked to the shelf for sale. This customer was never ignored and was provided the prompt accurate and reasonable customer service. Despite the customer making threatening statements in the first email he sent we still provided him with the best quality customer service. All of our policies are located on our website for anyone to see prior to ordering anything from our company.
