I purchased a car from this establishment and unfortunately, the engine turned out to be faulty within 3 months after the purchased. The staff refused to take responsibility for the fraudulent sale. The car started having issues from the very first day and I had to take it back to the same place twice within 15 days for inspection. Despite reassurances from the mechanics at this location that the car was in good condition, it continued to show the same problems. When I looked for a second opinion from other mechanics, they discovered a major issue with the engine and estimated that the repair would exceed the value of the car. The car also failed the block test. When I approached the owner, *****, for a resolution, he said that we bought the car "as is," so there is nothing he can do. Obviously, they knew the car had all these issues beforehand. We are going to take legal action against them. We have hundreds of pieces of evidence, including information from past owners and more. I wanted to leave this review here so everyone knows how these people operate. If you dont believe me, you can go to the shop next door, and ask them for their opinion.Review from Jeremy D

Absolute crooks. Worst place Ive dealt with in my 50 years of life. 3 weeks after purchase they owe me money agreed on in **** and no plates in mail yet. Bought a $23000 in cash and had to put another $2000 in it after their claim of the car being serviced by their mechanics. I e removed their dealer decals and threw their plate frame off a bridge to ensure they dont get free advertising on my car. I wont ever drive by this dealer again let alone buy another car from them, or even recommend them to my worst enemy. Had to leave a 1 star review because it wont allow a zero rating.Review from Brian S.

I called ****** and asked for an out the door price for a **** **** ranger listed for $3,999 on the internet . His first response was $5,500 . I asked why ? Dealer fees $499 tax ,title registration . After a short conversation he said he would get me a price out the door . No call . Hour later I call back , get ***** . Asked the same . Told them both I have an in date plate to transfer . I live in Columbia county . And told *********************** was to get me a price . He said he would return my call . I call back a few hours later . ****** answers . Same questions . Calls me by name and finally gives me a price of $5,008 . I said I just wanted to know before I filed a complaint . . Through the chuckles from ******. I said I did not find the ordeal funny . Wished him a good day and wrote this . I am not amused by the trivial demeanor with added sarcasm . I can only imagine what would happen should I purchase a vehicle from the company and have a real problem. Sad ,Review from King J

I purchased a vehicle from Jax Exports on April 18, 2021 they had to replace the engine less than three months of me owning it, now September 18, 2022 it's in need of another engine. I've only put ***** miles on the car. First and foremost, I paid $15,000 (cash) for the car and according to ****** Blue Book, as of today it's only worth $7700. Since owning the vehicle, I've had to put so much work into the car to keep it running and all Jax Exports has done was give me a hard time. I know I should have gotten a warranty, but it's too late for that. I just thought Jax Exports would work with me knowing I paid for the car in full prior to driving it off the lot. Other things I noticed about the car that was brought to their attention, they agreed to repair but didn't, and every time I called, they kept giving me the run around. I got so fed up dealing with them I started taking my vehicle to another ASE certified mechanic to keep getting my repairs done. I wouldn't advise anyone to purchase a vehicle from Jax Exports without obtaining a warranty from them. I can say this was a very expensive ****** to learn.Review from Nancy A

My son was sold a car end of December 2021 that was basically not inspected by this dealership prior to being put out on the lot. After multiple ongoing issues just in the past 2 weeks we took it to a reputable mechanic and will now cost us $5k in repairs because it was not safe to drive. These people need to be held responsible for selling lemons and reimburse for the repairs due to their laziness and negligence.
