Contracted to complete sidewalk, driveway, and front entry.1) Paid in full, but Anytime Concrete Pump has not paid the concrete supplier resulting in a lien on the property. Despite multiple assurances that payment would be made, concrete supplier still indicating they have not received payment.2) Unresolved punch list items - Low spot in concrete resulting in substantial ponding. Has been unaddressed since work performed in November. Has committed to multiple dates to correct, but cancels without notification every time.3) Hired to do sod installation. Left balance of sod in backyard incomplete despite being paid in full. Have schedule multiple times to complete, with confirmed dates. Cancels repeatedly without notification.4) Visible footprints in concrete that have not been addressed.5) Visible marks from buckets used when placing concrete have not been addressed.5) Used landscape blocking as formwork in lieu of wood. Resulted in issue with perimeter of driveway. Had to remove block myself, and correct, but concrete has not been addressed yet.6) Staining from sealer used incorrectly resulted in large streaks of sealer globs down length of driveway.As of 2/1/2024, all items noted above have remained unaddressed since notification of deficiencies on October 8th.
