      After an accident, which by the way wasn't my fault, I needed a rental car. The adjuster made a reservation for today (Monday 12/27/21), he said at the branch located at 9319 orange blossom trail. He sent me the confirmation code, and I double checked with them 3 days before I was supposed to use their services. ********** knew what type of vehicle they were requesting with days in advance. Today, I had scheduled the appointment to leave my crashed car at the car shop for repairs. It was a big accident and my car isn't drivable. ********** (branch mentioned above) told me someone from "************************" would call them once I was there, and that way they would bring the rental car to me.
      Well, a representative from ********** named Rafael, who was working for the branch in Kissimmee (which the personnel working there said had "nothing" to do with the branch I had scheduled with, like they were talking about a completely different company) took me to that Kissimmee branch. They didn't have the type of car my adjuster had reserved for me (at least 3 days ago) and they did nothing to get in touch with the other branch or resolve the issue. They told me it was my duty to figure it out, and took me back to the car shop. I, then, started calling the location where I originally was supposed to pick up the rental, and they said it was the other one (the one I just had left) which needed to solve my issue.
      So, none of them wanted to deal with it. None of them did anything to help me (the costumer) but trying to get rid of responsibility. I asked "Rafael" if he could at least take me to that other location so I could get the car, and he said it wasn't possible.
      After all, a lady from ********** (9319 orange blossom trail, original location of the reservation) told me they didn't have that type of car there either, and that if I wanted it it was me who needed to call each one of their locations to see if any of them had one.
      Now, after (at least) 3 days of a reservation is made, how come neither location had the car there ready? How come, if they knew (because I don't have to know that) the way it works, which is by area supposedly, they didn't bother to transfer my reservation to the correct location with time in advance (they had 3 days). Is it my job to go from branch to branch doing your job? This is a service that is being paid. Who's responsibility for this?
      Now, after wasting all "Monday" morning because I needed my car fixed, I had to take it back home, lost the appointment just because of the horrible service received by **********, missed work, missed money, wasted time that I will need to sped again whenever I bring my crashed car back for repairs.
      I posted a review pretty similar to this one in their site, and I got a response from the "owner", "Lisa S.", is the name of the person. The text mentioned their interest in resolving my issue and suggested me to send detailed information to an email provided. All false!!!!! I did get in touch through the email, no one person called me regarding this.
      This is so disappointed, frustrating, and sad. I came from a different state. It is not my task to judge. But I know what fairness is like. I'm Florida, I can feel the difference. The services are poor, rushed, angry, mechanical, only with the customer's money but against the person. This is something to be worried about. The future of service seems to not mind the customer's interests, but only the business'. And who helps us (the regular citizens" control that?
