********************** Roofing has failed to pay one of their suppliers (Gulfeagle Supply) for the roofing material. Gulfeagle has put a lien on the property for the amount owed by ********************** Roofing. We have paid ********************** Roofing in full via bank transfer.It is our intention to sue ********************** Roofing unless this issue is resolved immediately.Initial Complaint

I used Axtion roofing for a roof replacement project that included solar panels. Axtion partnered with Powur to provide the solar panels and installation. As the project began, Axtion requested money down and progress payments. At the end of the roofing project, they demanded full payment, and I complied. Then the Solar panel installation moved forward, and at the end of that project, I received an invoice from Powur for the full amount (including the 60k already paid to Axtion directly). After inquiring, I was told that Axtion should not have taken payment from me, but that all payments should have gone through Powur (this was never explained to me). Ulrick with Axtion Roofing finally acknowledged this and agreed that he would refund the 60k to me, This was almost 2 months ago. He has told me that a check was being mailed, that he would wire the funds to me (I have provided my bank information), but he has yet to refund the money and is not returning my calls or text.Business response

I am rejecting this response because:The guilty party has not made any attempts to remedy the issue. Their response states that they would provide an update by 1/15/2024. It is now 1/24/2024 and there has been no communication of any sort, let alone any real action on their part.
