I am owed a refund of appx $300 but no one will answer my emails and when you call any extension at the USSSA office, you are forwarded to a voicemail box that is already full. Not even the receptionist answers. I've made several attempts to contact them, even through my local sports director. This is mybonly hope of getting in touch with anyone.Business response

Consumer Response /* (2000, 6, 2022/09/19) */ The USSSA has refunded the amount after receiving help from facebook messenger. I was very pleased at how quickly I received help via facebook, but still disappointed that help was refused via email and since you can never reach anyone by phone in any department and all mailboxes are full. It is disappointing to learn they can only be reached via facebook account. Thank you for any efforts made in a resolution.
