On October 3, 2023 I entered into an agreement with SGT **** Transport Shipping. Pursuant to the agreement, Prestige AUTO carriers, LLC was contracted to pick-up my vehicle from **************** ******* ** and deliver to ****************************************************************. Unfortunately, when my vehicle arrived, I witness the driver in an attempt to off load the vehicle from the trailer and I yelled for him to stop as the entire undercarriage was ripped right from under the vehicle and separated the front headlight bumper. After speaking with Prestige Auto Carriers, I agreed to use their repair shop; thinking that they would correct their fault in a timely manner. The driver took the vehicle to their shop. and i was contacted by ************ days later to inform me that the vehicle was repaired. When the vehicle arrived the second time I went to inspect prior to off loading and was shockingly surprised that the company took the damage plastic undercarriage and used zip ties in an attempt to reconnect it to the vehicle; I would not accept the vehicle and contacted the company again, ************ told me not to pay and apologized that this had happen. She then suggested it go to ******************** for repair. I agreed because I had no Faith in their repair shop. The driver left the vehicle and put the key in the mailbox.I contacted AAA and had the vehicle transported to ******************** my Service Agent ***** and ************ had conversation on the estimate cost of repair if the part could be located. Unfortunately, it was discovered that the part needed to complete the repair they no longer manufactured and if located the cost would be $3,253.08. ************ then contacted and offered me not pay the finale transport balance of $600 and used that to find the part at a junk yard and have someone install it. i submitted a settlement offer minus the $600 owed and I am asking for $2,603.08 to make this right as the vehicle is still not repaired nor safe to drive.Initial Complaint

THEY MUST DAMAGE A LOT OF THE CARS THEY TRANSPORT BECAUSE THEY HAVE AN INTERNAL CLAIMS DEPARTMENT. After you submit they paperwork they will not call or respond without continued calls and then they deny claims. Additionally, they will pick up the car and it will sit for 5 days at their lot and delivery was late 2 days, on top of the damage to a 2023 Bronco. To add insult the driver will not release the car unless full payment is made. The promise of a claim is just to secure payment. This has been my experience with this companyInitial Complaint

I have received my car with a lot of dents that were not there when I sent my car having an inspection. I filed the complaint about the damages but they said they were not responsible because they were such small damages. Either this actual shipping company and the broker who I paid for the deposit said they were not responsible for the damage because the date of shipping was a rainy day and they were not able to see the damage. But the inspection report had some damage reported already. Whatever the date was, they are full responsible for the inspection and if they did not document them, then they need to cover it.
