Got a gogo travel scooter for my mother in law. The store clerk fed us a line about the scooter having new extended batteries the day before we got it....it's trying to die after 3.5 hrs of intermittent use at Epcot! I've owned these scooters for 12 years, after getting new batteries I could drive all day and maybe lose 1 light bar. She's losing 4 light bars after 3.5 hrs. We were lied to! Stay away from this place!Review from Richard D.

I will never rent from anyone other then them! The customer service was fantastic, no hassle and very easy to work with. I will use them again when I come back to Orlando with my family!

We rented 2 scooters from Gold Mobility Scooters and were very pleased!!! From the first phone call for information, to them dropping it off at our resort and picking it up everything was wonderful!!! We will definitely rent from them again.

This is the best scooter company around!! I tried another one the first time I had a need for a scooter and they were terrible! I have used GMS now several times and they have been absolutely wonderful! I will never use another scooter company again! We recently needed to rent a scooter from Gold Mobility for our recent trip to Disney for my mother. She has rented plenty of scooters before so she knew all the ins and outs. She absolutely loved it!!! We really loved the convenience of getting it on our busy schedule and their service is impeccable!! My mother kept talking about the quality of this scooter and how going forward we will always "Go for the GOLD". What a great experience!! Their products have always been incredibly reliable and of the highest quality, not to mention the superb and friendly customer service team answering all of my questions along the way. I ordered one of their scooters for my Uncle on our trip down to Disney. Great delivery and pick up. Never had any issues, instructions were clear on how everything worked.
