An itinerary was designed for my golf lessons.The itinerary was not followed so I did not receive the services that I was promised.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/03/30) */ To Whom it may concern: Mr. **** signed up for a golf school pre-Covid in 2019. Due to the situations that arose with Covid, he had to reschedule his golf school experience for this past week (March 22-24, 2022). On November 11th, 2021, Mr. **** was given an updated itinerary for his rescheduled golf school - complete with new dates and adjusted session topic times due to the availability that was there when he rescheduled. This same updated itinerary as well as final confirmation was sent to Mr. **** on March 8th, 2022, prior to his upcoming golf school. In All of our communications it clearly states that this is a sample itinerary and that all of our golf schools are fully private and can be tailored to fit the individual student's needs all throughout the entirety of the school - our students pay for the instructor and their time spent with them. What they focus on within those hours are entirely up to them and their instructor. The Mike Bender Golf Academy has been in business for over 30 years and has been named one of America's Top 25 Golf Schools each year. We have also have received the Chamber of Commerce Best of Business in Lake Mary award for both 2020 and 2021. While Mr. **** was here, we tried to do everything we could to accommodate his requests and make his time with us successful. We added in time with a specialized instructor that wasn't in his updated itinerary, we ordered him an additional meal he requested, we scheduled him tee times at local courses, and even offered him his money back. With that being said, we are very sad to hear Mr. **** did not enjoy his time spent with us and that he feels like our Golf School did not meet his expectations. At his request, we have reached out to confirm his mailing address so that we can process his refund promptly. As a Top Golf Academy with two Nationally renowned instructors on our staff, it is our goal to make sure every student leaves happy. After being in business for over 30 years, this is the first complaint, like this, we have received and I would hope that Mr. **** feels happy with this resolution. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2022/04/04) */ ***** ****Sat, Apr 2, 6:17 PM (2 days ago) to orlando.loj@bbb-email.org I paid the golf school 2,910.00$ in full.They are offering me 1,850.00$ The school did not pay for me to play golf at a local golf course,that's the first lie.They did not follow the itinerary that they designed for me,period. They are stating that the itinerary was up to the teaching pros discretion,which is another lie. It does'nt pertain to me that the school is in business for thirty years or that they have not had any complaints,another lie.The pro never explained anything to me to that effect. They never mentioned that the indoor facility is a mess and it is not what is posted on their website.I was unable to use the training facility nor was I given an appointment to have the Trainer work with me,another lie.The training facility was disgusting and I did not even want to touch anything in the room. I paid the school 150.00$ to eat my lunch,they paid 12.00$ for my lunch,another scam. I am not happy with a partial refund,I want a full refund so I can afford to book another golf school. I did play a round of golf at my own cost and my golf game was non existant,in other words because of the schools pathetic behavior and lack of teaching my game became worse off. The school sent me an email asking for my address in order to send a refund to me,without making mention the amount of the refund,more deceit on their part. I would like a full refund of 2.910.00$,nothing less would equitable. I have more options to take this farther if need be,nione of which the school would be keen about. TY
