      On about 6/28/24 purchased eleven kitchen cabinets through: US Cabinets and design ************************************************************************************* Salesman: ********************* ************** In the amount of $2479.01 After receiving them the interior color of the cabinets were wrong. Contacted ******************* in which he tells me that is correct **** the white interior color you requested was not available so they sent you this instead. Basically a tan color.I asked how can you just send me something l did not want without asking me? I dont know **** corporate did it not **** requested a return of all cabinets or compensation of $125. ***: l will get right on that.Can someone please tell me how a company can just send what they want if color requested is not available? No communication whats so ever. Again l request full refund or compensation of $125 for their wrong doing.***********************

      Unfortunately, there was a miscommunication between the sales rep and the ordering department regarding Mr. ********* white interior cabinets.  Mr. ******* was never charged $125 to have his cabinets upgraded to white interior paint.  The invoice that Mr. ******* paid for his cabinets did not show an upgrade fee of $125.  However, we value our customers and strive to provide exceptional customer service.  We are sending Mr. ******* a $125 check that he requested in his complaint.  We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused Mr. *******. We would like him to know that this incident has made us recognize that we need to upgrade our policies and procedures to ensure this miscommunication will not take place in the future.
