      So frustrated with Customer Service! On March 1st I attempted to change my recurring order to the lower priced 5G Primo Purified Water for $7.99! But the website not being user friendly changed what I selected and I had to call Customer Service. The woman I spoke to "corrected" my recurring order but the price showed $12.49! She could not figure it out and told me she would "escalate" this and would call me back when it was resolved. I did not hear back for a few days so I attempted to contact them using their website and did not hear back from that attempt. So on March 7th I contacted them using their customer service email. I did get a reply on March 10th and was told they had corrected the price. I logged into my account and Yes the price was $7.99. But I had to reply back as they referred to the product as a "pet" bottle and I wasn't sure IF it would work with my bottom loading cooler. This product was NOT specified as a Pet Bottle on the website!! I received a response letting me know hat YES the bottle fit my cooler. Great I thought!! Finally Resolved!! But No! On March 23rd I logged into my account just to make sure the price and the product scheduled for delivery on 3/24/22 was correct and NO IT WAS NOT! The price had been changed back AGAIN to $12.49! I sent another email (a reply to the 3/16/22 response) stating my level of Frustration as this is beyond ridiculous! On March 29th I received a reply - their response was that "their records indicate the price is $9.49" and that is what I will be charged per the delivery ticket from March 24th. Are you kidding me with this!! I replied on March 29th again relaying my unbelievable level of frustration and noted that "my records indicate I should only pay $7.99 per their customer service response on March 10th. Today is April 11th and I have NOT received a response or phone call - nothing! And that's why I am submitting a complaint!

      So after posting my experience on BBB with a review and a complaint, they have someone call me to argue with me about how them taking 2 weeks to pick up their water bottles, and me having to call over and over and over again to get them picked up is a non problem. The guy even gas lighted me when I said "this is extremely stressful" and his response was "how is this stressful my records say we picked it up today" it's stressful cause it took TWO WEEKS AND SEVERAL CALLS on your customer service line (having to go through your menu and being placed on hold each time) to get you guys to finally do it! How they treat their customers is so insanely awful. If you have other water suppliers in your area, even if it costs more go with them. Sparkletts is truly awful and no one at the company seems to care at all!
