I just received a call from them telling me that I owed them $89.52 for an order that was on the way.I never ordered anything from them! I've never heard of them! I told them to take me off their list and not to call me again. ******* says, "the only way they can do that is for me to pay the bill and then they'll close they account, but if I didn't do it today, it would be escalated and they would keep sending me the product." Again, I never ordered anything.I want this canceled and my information secured. The last thing I need is for this to affect my credit!Fortunately, I haven't given them any money.Initial Complaint

I made a purchase with Kickin' Keto on December 02, 2022 claiming I was purchasing one bottle and getting two free. I believe the advertised cost was $37. Once my card information went through it showed a total of $198.70. I immediately tried to cancel the order with the company but no contact information was listed other that the order confirmation email. I attempted several times to cancel the order but received the product anyway. I made a dispute with my bank and sent the unopened product back. The dispute with my bank was settled, a block made on any future charges and my money refunded through my fraud protection with my bank. They have since made several attempts to charge my card. Now in January ****, they have been frequently calling claiming I need to settle my balance. When I spoke with the "supervisor" ***** today (01/31/****), he claimed I can not cancel until I pay the balance or they will keep sending me product. He insisted that the 14 day trial period was over and my subscription is still active. I had to settle the balance with him before I could cancel. He was willing to settle with me at a discount and claimed he was the only one that could help me. Once I refused, he was clear that he would run up charges on my account. I made a final attempt to receive an email address where I could send documentation of my many attempts to disconnect from this company since day one. I have reached out to my bank again to gather the dispute information. Grateful that I did my bank informed me that they changed their company name to 'Get Galaxy Hemp Gummies' and were attempting to withdraw money again. I have now had to get a new card and am worried if this can actually be considered a true debt to the credit bureau. At this point I don't know what else I can do to protect myself. FYI - When I asked, ***** stated they were located in ********************** river which I'm not even sure is an actual place.Initial Complaint

Ordered some weight-loss gummies, was never advertised as a monthly subscription but charge as one. Also it was advertised buy one get one free that didn't happen. Then I was charged for some other stem cell gummies I did not order and did not want. I just want my credit card not to be charged and for the order to be canceled!Initial Complaint

I ordered their product and decided to cancel after my first order. I sent them an email cancellation per their instructions (I have sent FOUR emails to cancel) and they continue to try to charge my card ( on 2/3/23 and 2/11/23) for additional orders. I have had to contact my credit card company and ultimately closed that card account to ensure they arent able to charge me again for a product I canceled and dont want. My original order is attached for your information. Please ask that they stop harassing me and stop trying to use my card.Initial Complaint

I have never purchased or authorized the purchase of this product, however, they continually attempt to remove $198.50 from my bank account pretty much daily. Ive been forced to cancel my debit card and file fraud claims with my bank. I have no clue who this company is nor what theyre attempting to sell. My research online shows its a shell company from ***** and they keep changing their name.Initial Complaint

On December 5, 2022, I made a purchase for the Kickin Keto gummies, charges made under two different companies Kaddy CBD and Tyloon Muscle Gummi (First two charges) for the total of ****** After the product arrived I had a change of heart and return the unopened product back for a full refund. Now, the company has made several attempts to charge my debit card using three different company names for $198.00 under the name Balistaignite Diet. I have called my bank to dispute the charges. My bank has made temporary credit to my account but this company tries to access my accounts funds through another name.Initial Complaint

Received 5 ********** of ****** keto in mail 1-28-23 that I never ordered. Called the # on bottle ************ at 5:34pm and talked to xi (pronounced she). She told me she would cancel my subscription (which I never ordered) and thats ALL she could do for me as she stated over & over but did tell me to try the product that I would like it! Then she hung up on me.Now this $199 was charged to my credit card which I called in for fraud!So they actually stole my credit card ******** me product that I never ordered! Order # D202CEAEBE And they actually had the address that was 3 houses down from me. But the postal worker delivered to me since my name was on the envelope.Initial Complaint

On Sep 13, 2022 I ordered a bottle of kickin keto pills (**** *******, P. **************************************************). When I found out that I was being charged for 5 bottles I immediately called and said I didn't order 5 bottles, only l. I was informed the shipment was on its way. When I received them I could return them for a refund. I was supposed to call and get the address and return them. I was given the address plus a # that I was supposed to write on the envelope. I followed all instructions and on October 5, 2022 I returned the 5 bottles. I sent via ************** and paid extra to have a signature upon receipt of product. I have info from Postal Svc that envelope was received and signed by **************** on October 7, 2022 at 12:18 PM. Since October I have been calling ************ and have been given the same reply - has not been received. I have asked to talk to a supv or mgr and am not permitted to talk to anyone. Agents keep saying they will escalate it to the supervisor. But no action is taken. Agents are not helpful. I even said I was getting a lawyer and was told it would not help. I followed their instructions and they will not refund me the amount which is $198.70. Please help. Here it is Jan 2023 and cannot get my refund. Now I keep calling ************ and it immediately rings busy continuously. Have been trying it for 2 days and it is just a constant busy signal. I had been calling every week to ask about my refund and cannot get anywhere. Please help. On 1 occasion on Oct 10 an agent ****** did acknowledge that they had received product.Initial Complaint

I ordered "Kickin' Keto" gummies (BHB 500mg 5 bottles monthly) online from kickinketo.com (which now is a "forbidden" site.) Product Sku: KK500-5.The website said you could return any unused product within 30 days for a full refund if dissatisfied for any reason.I placed the order 12/03/2022. The order shipped 12/05/2022.Today, 12/30/2022, I called to request a refund as the product is not working as expected or advertised. On the website, it says you can start a return claim online by emailing ************************************* My emails were rejected. This is not a legitimate email address. So I called the number provided, ************ and after about an hour on hold, I reached an associate who said that they no longer gave refunds on their product. I asked him about why they advertised a 30 day money back guarantee and he could not give me an answer. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he said there was not one available.This is false advertising. I am within the 30 day window and following the procedure outlined on their website, yet they are not upholding their end of the agreement.********************************************************************************************************************* *********************************************************************Initial Complaint

On Dec. 19, 2022 I saw a Keto Gummie product on some website and after reading it bought a supposedly 3 month supply of keto Gummies (Ive used them in the past and had good results) anyway I ordered from a different company this time Kickin Keto based in *****, *******.The payment was made by credit card and $97.47 for a 3 month supply, this is roughly what I had paid a different company for the same supply 3 months worth of gummies. I received the gummies must have been yesterday got them from the mail today. I opened the package only to find 3 small jars containing 20 gummies in each jar, I knew right away this could not be correct, when I read how many you are supposed to take daily it instructed 4, so thats 5 days of gummies per ***** 3 = 15 day supply, definitely not what I paid close to $100 for. I called the ************ and spoke with ****** in customer service, I explained I wanted to return to gummies and get a full refund. ****** informed me that the company does not take returns of do refunds, I explained that this was unacceptable and after great complaining on my part I ask to speak with her supervisor to which she responded no, he was busy! Long story short but I threatened them with writing to you and they finally agreed to a 50% refund of $48.73, I wanted a full refund with all my money back! I dont want other innocent people to have their money taken from them by this type of rip off company, they literally got $50 of my money for nothing! This is not acceptable.
