This store does not have anything priced and the women who runs it does not tell you what she is charging. I got home and found the bill and with in a week of buying things from her store the ring I bought fell Apart. I emailed her and called her and she did not respond I messaged her and she did not respond within the first week of me making a purchase at her store I asked her to please replace return or fix the ring that I had purchased that it fell apart within less than five days of me purchasing it for $177 she did not return any messages to me. I have sent contacted her several more times to which she never contacted me back I received an email from her yesterday that said she does not accept any returns or exchanges and that better luck next time is what I was told. I believe this to be very dishonest and poor Practice for running a business she does not return messages nor does she honor or stand behind the work that she creates. I am extremely dissatisfied with how her stores run as she does not put prices on anything and over charges and gouges for very simple things. I would like a refund from her as I have asked for her to simply fix the ring but she refuses to . I would never allow anyone to shop in the store again as she is dishonest and is only out to take peoples money.Business response

The jewelry is handmade and individually priced based on the stones and metal used to fabricate it. Ive been creating and selling jewelry for a decade now and have ever had anyone speak to me the way this visitor has. 90% of my items can be repaired or replaced, the ring in question is clearly stated to be one of a kind, delicate and not under any kind of warranty. *** sold several others at the same price point for zero complaint. Im wearing one in this very moment, typing this. This guest visited in a rushed manner and didnt ask questions about pricing before spending their money in my store? Many people ask many questions and I find this entire complaint very odd and unfair.
