  My information was given to the owner of **** of all trades events decor *********************************** without my consent for an agreement to move my furniture into a storage today 02/11/2024 by another moving company that could not fulfill the move today do to short notice. Her workers who did my move arrived a hour late without any necessities to fulfill the move, I texted ********** in regards to my concerns and she promised that she would make them stop the move and get equipment to finish the job which they never did. Due to my last minute move I proceeded to allow them to move my belongings because of my time limit. The job was done very unprofessionally my items were being drugged through my hallway and sat in wet grass. I communicated with ********** the entire time she stated to me that she would talk to her worker about their work ethic. I explained to her that my mattress was ripped and my furniture was getting wet. She became combative with me and extremely rude. The job was not completely fulfilled some items made it to the storage the initial location the furniture was agreed to be sent to and some was left behind wet in the rain damaged. I now have a ripped sofa, chipped dressers, broken bed with missing pieces and I'm being threatened by the owner because of my complaints about my destroyed property. She will not answer my phone calls and posting my destroyed property on social media. I'm a struggling mother of two and now my children and I are left with damage property that is not fixable and I just want my money back for my time wasted and things I will be forced to throw away.

  This client does not have a contract or any documentation with my company (show proof) she hired ** moving who contacted me in 24 hours to move funiture. The person advised that she would only need to move 3 couches a love seat a kitchen table . She advised ** moving that there was working elevator there needed no assembly and the distance was less than 2 miles. **** i arrived she has 3 full rooms several mattresses (torn) chipped up old dressers and bed frames that she provided tools to disassemble. My movers was under the impression that it was a simple one hour move that turned into 5 hours that this lady refuse to pay. As taken things down flights of stairs i took Pictures of all items as precautionary measures to prove the condition of the things pictures attached . It was advised that this would be 1 trip that turned into 2 that i was Not compensate for. I was Under paid for the services that i was Provided this client has no contract with me nothing was damaged on my company behave she then went on social media to attempt to slander my name and when that didnt work now shes complaining to BBB this is unacceptable and disgusting. I was Not paid for two load not was i paid to disassemble her beds that was not on the original text. I am Not refunded any money as a service out of courtesy was provided and not compensated for. She can have the day she deserves

  I have enclosed proof of how unprofessional ****** is. I have not spoken to her since the incident and she is making a mockery of my broken property. I have also uploaded screenshots from the actual mover whom was initially supposed to move my furniture for me. I never gave my consent to her directly to move my furniture, I was not aware he would not be fulfilling the job of moving my furniture until the day of the move after her movers arrived.

  I refuse to be made an issue with this person. This was an assisted deal this person has no contact with MY BUSINESS **** OF ALL TRADES no invoice with **** OF ALL TRADES therefore no compensation will be made for false accusations on my company. My trust assisted a move and this defamation of my company character is insane. Any more i will File a desist order..

  Jack of all trades events and decor designs wedding and more. This client took pictures of my company truck and is trying to defame my business. I do Not know her , i have Never met her, my company is a decorating business that is booked via contract. Where is your contractual obligation signed by both parties ???  She has contacted BBB with false allegations and Im ready to file a deflation lawsuit against her.

  The pickup was made as well as an unpaid service . Where is a contract? There is not one . She lied about several thing that was being picked up the furniture and poor and damaged that was also shown to her before it was touched dressers chipped up shown to her mattress holes shown to her.. nothing was damaged by myself or my company . I am Refusing any compensation and WILL NOT REFUND anything.
