The manager refuses to help us with getting required documentation to our homeowners insurance on the type of materials they use. As a result, our insurance had to cancel our policy.

Thank you. We have previously provided an attachment in an email to you stating: "Attached is a copy of the roofing permit showing the permit was pulled and completed under the FBC 2020 code and a copy of the passed final inspection is also attached." A copy of the finalized permit along with the original itemized roofing contract is more than adequate to document the details of the project. Unfortunately, we have no control over the decisions of an insurance company.Review from Cheryl P

These guys are the VERY BEST! Despite an advancing Hurricane ****** and the sudden discovery of an unexpected small shortage of roofing tiles on a Saturday afternoon when all the suppliers had closed, ********* and his crew managed to find what they needed and even appeared on a Sunday morning to complete the roof and make sure it was finished up to their usual standard. They went above and beyond to give us excellent customer service. I am pleased to report that Hurricane ****** took not one piece of the roof as it traveled directly over the house and out to sea at **************! Thank you everyone for all your long hours and hard work. We could not be more pleased with the job and it looks great. This company showed up to my house with no appointment nor contact by me. After pounding on my door for 10 minutes (I was in the shower), they then let themselves in my back yard through the privacy fence and gate as I was coming outside. Refused to leave when I told them to get off my property and were otherwise rude and aggressive. Only left after I got very loud and very aggressive. After calling the receptionist, they said they had gotten my info from a third party and somehow though that entitled them to trespass on my property when they thought I wasn't home. They made me feel unsafe in my own home and indicated that it was somehow my fault.Covenant Roofing & Construction, Inc. Response

Please accept our sincere apology for this unpleasant experience. We did receive a request from **** on 07/30/24 that you wished to have us complete a roof quote for you. As we do know that roofing matters are urgent to a homeowner, and since we do value our good standing relationship with ****, we do take these requests from their customers very seriously. After multiple days and attempts to connect with you via phone and email, we did attempt to deliver on your request for the roofing quote, which unfortunately does require a roof inspection and measurements. Although this description does not change the circumstances, please know that we do value our customers and potential customers, and we appreciate your understanding.Review from Leonard S

OUTSTANDING JOB!! Although Covenant Roofing was the most expensive of the 4 roofing replacement quotes I got, when their Rep explained exact HOW they went about installing the asphalt shingles AND the rubberized underlayment they used INSTEAD of ordinary tar paper, and their product/workmanship warranty, I was convinced that they were the company i would choose. AND I AM MORE THAN PLEASED I MADE THE RIGHT CHOICE! They showed up when they said they would. The ******* was very knowledgeable and polite, keeping me and my wife informed of their progress and the fact that two roofing deck panels needed to be replaced due to water damage. His crew of about 8 workers were verry efficient and NEAT, Constantly cleaning up scraps. They worked tirelessly in the heat and humidity and installed my ***** Sq Ft of shingles and 2 roofing panels in just ONE DAY! Returning the next morning for a couple of hours for a final clean-up of scraps and using a "Magnetic Sweeper" to clean-up any "Stray" roofing nails. I requested a quote for roof replacement. I feel the representative (****) tried to take advantage of a senior citizen. He stated that he could get me a loan to do roof. I stated it had to be under 5% APR.I had unknowingly signed a contract. When the rep came back to set up a time for roof work- he stated that the APR was over 5%- (I think he said 6 or 7%). I told him that I had stated before I would not have the roof done unless at 5% or lower.I also told the rep I felt he was trying to take advantage of a senior citizen & had acted unprofessionally.A couple of days later the office called to say they had ordered the materials.I called the office back told them that I was cancelling the contract.On 7/17/24 the rep came back & stated I needed to give a written cancellation of the contract. I gave him one which he also signed. I told rep that I would NOT use them to replace my roof if I decided to have the work done! Today (7/26/24) a truck showed up w/ the roofing material! I told him to take it back as I had canceled the contract. This appears to be the company is still hoping to get me to let them do the roof! Thank you for your feedback. We do apologize that the loan terms were not to your satisfaction, however, we have no control over the lenders or their credit review. It does appear that our internal communication streams were crossed with regard to processing your cancellation in terms of the speed at which we process our paperwork, roofing projects, and our delivery orders, and for that we apologize as well. We did, however, cancel your contract pursuant to your request and no further commitment exists for either party.Review from Jeff S

This company was amazing and such professionals with everything. I recommend my neighbor to call them as well and lo and behold I received a $300 check as advertised with a Thank You Letter to boot. Its a ********* based company as you can tell by the way they take care of their customers. The site supervisor whose name is ********* actually stopped by 4 weeks after the installation to see if I had any problems. I couldnt have done any better with choosing Covenant to take care of my needs.Review from Rhonda T

I highly recommend Covenat Roofing, it's a company that runs like a well oiled machine from start to finish. You are kept informed throughout the process. Everyone knows their job and performs it well. They made sure that everything was cleaned up afterwards. If I could give them 10 stars I would have. Covenant did an excellent job for me on 2 of my houses. I referred Covenant to 2 of my neighbors a they did a great job on those 2 houses. Not only were ********* beautiful and on schedule, but the cleanup was excellent.Review from Robert M

Covenant Roofing removed my cement tile roof and installed a Decra HD metal roof on our home in 5 days start to finish. They are a company that keeps their word, always addresses any problems quickly and never ignores your comments.
