      The staff is rude and disinterested. Unbelievably bad. **************** is a thing of the past i guess.

      I made an appointment. I have an email confirmation from the company saying that my appointment was on December 5 at 3:20 PM. The clinic says that they sent me a text message confirming an appointment at 11 which I do recognize I did receive a text message for an appointment confirmation. I did not know that they made a typo in the office And made it 11 o’clock. When I tried to complain about this, I was informed that it was a typo and I should more carefully read my text messages. But as you can see from the email confirmation, it does say December 5 at 3:20 PM and a little girl who answered the phone told me I can take my business elsewhere

      We appreciate your interest in our clinic, we work hard to ensure top quality care for all of our patients, and top-notch customer service for our community. We have a zero-tolerance policy for dreadful client behavior, this includes cursing and name calling, both of which you exhibited. There was a text message sent on Friday at 4pm to confirm your appointment, you responded with “yes, confirmed” at 8:29pm that same day. The following day, less than 24 hours later, we re-confirmed your appointment from the same phone number the original confirmation was sent. On Tuesday, the day of the appointment, when you called to change the appointment from 3:20pm to 11am, we were happy to do so and made it work for you on our doctors already busy schedule, you then no-showed  for that appointment. There was clearly a misunderstanding on your part, and your unwillingness to understand or allow us to rectify the situation without insulting us was not given. Therefore, you and your pet can seek veterinary care elsewhere. We recommend showing kindness, understanding and some decorum to your future  veterinary professionals.

      I have been going here for over 20 years and 10/10/22 I had the worst experience I've ever had there. I had taken my cat in 2 weeks ago and they discovered a lump that I wasn't aware of. The vet said that needs to come out right away so she operated on her a couple days later and sent the tumor to the lab. I was on pins and needles for 2 weeks worrying about if she's going to have cancer. I went in Monday to have her sutures taken out. I thought I was going to see the vet. I had asked a couple questions to the girls behind the desk and got 2 different answers. So obviously one was lying to me. After being there 1 1/2 hours and freezing to death, they keep it unbelievably cold in there, the vet tech came out and told me with no compassion, your cat has cancer and a couple other things and then she took my cat back to take out the sutures and brought her back and said the vet would be calling me later. I thought they closed at 5 o'clock and I was getting worried I had not heard from the vet so I called in and this little girl that was working I called her 20 something because I don't know her name was extremely rude to me and I don't know why but she went off on me and was talking 100 miles a minute and finally I had to talk over her and I said can I say something and she said no! And kept on going at 100 miles a minute and then I finally said it's a shame that I've been coming here for over 20 years and now I have to find a new vet because of the office staff and she said good we don't need you anyway and she hung up on me I was absolutely stunned I was in shock I could not believe somebody working in a business would talk to a client especially one that's been there as long as I have wood talk to me like that. I have never in my life been talk to you like that or treated that way. I am definitely looking for a new vet I will never go back there and I think 20 something needs to find a job where she doesn't have to interact with people.The vet did call me later.
