Like all other reviews, I placed and order for bimini top and my credit card was instantly charged but no product ever delivered I Never got an email receipt from the company just PayPal saying my money was sent. *************************** direct never answered multiple phone calls. No voicemail could be left because the voicemail box is full. I used the contact us email form twice and never got a response. This company is a SCAM!!! Buyer beware. After dispute with PayPal, finally got my refund.Review from Charles B

placed order 2267 on 7/15 for a boat bimini top. charged the total of $138 right away. 7/24 after countless attempts to call the 754# they advertise, email, fill out the customer contact form. no response from company whatsoever. the 239# listed here is not associated with them per a rep that did answer that number. Marine and RV Direct is a scam. do not do any business with this entity. im going to dispute the transaction with my financial institution and hope i can get funds back.Review from Taylor H

Placed an order 06/05 and the money was taken from our account right away. After a week or two of no tracking info, we tried calling and emailing numerous times and got no response. The email keeps coming back as a bad email. Never order from this company.Review from Derrick S

Ordered a Bimini top, they immediately charged my card. 20 days later nothing. Left messages, no return calls, wrote emails...no answer. 22 days now..my bank got my money back. Now if you call you can't leave message because they don't check and voicemailbox is full. Won't be using them again.Review from John C

I placed an order on 6/8/2024. They took my payment and did nothing. I paid with PayPal, so I started a complaint thru PayPal on June 12. No response at all. Their phone mailbox was full when I called. Definitely looks to be a scam. Do not pay them a dime!!! **** *****Review from Sherman M

I have tried multiple ways to reach this company after placing an order. They have not responded other than charging my credit card right away. I have successfully disputed the charge. I again tried to contact them with no response. I believe this company is scam and should be avoided.
