I took my pick up truck to the service department in early May of 2023 for low oil pressure. ****** told me 2 days later it was fixed , so I got a ride payed the 80$ and left. 20 mins later I was back because it was still having low oil pressure. They said they needed to order an adapter to test my oil pressure. That took over 3 months. Then they said they bypassed oil cooler lines and fixed the issue so I paid $2038. For them to replace radiator and oil cooler lines. Picked my truck up drove maybe 20 minutes and lost oil pressure yet again. I then called and spoke to **** told him it still wasn't fixed they paid for the tow then my truck sat for another 2 months without touching it. So a total of **** and 5 months later I had to have it towed from there shop to another because not only were they not fixing my truck they would ignore my phone calls and when I go in person they lied to me which I was able to prove to ****** and the *****************. Then I get nothing but excuses as to why my truck isn't being looked at.Initial Complaint

I took my 2018 Cadillac XT5 to Wes Haney Chevrolet in Live Oak FL because my a/c wasn't working and my ambient air sensor wasn't working. They fixed the ambient air sensor, which was minor, but a/c is still not working. I paid $962 and the a/c does not work. I would like a refund for the money paid for a/c work. Approximately $600.
